Two blocks to the Southwest Corridor where you'll find bike and running trails and the T transit. Discover the charms of Jamaica Plain: its locally-owned businesses, small breweries, cute coffee shops, art studios, and lots of nice outdoor space for recreation and relaxation.

Why they chose this property

This is a typical Jamaica Plain 3-storey house, 100 years old, simple and comfortable. It has new heat and AC systems (2018), and nice renovations throughout. There is a sweet park on the corner, where my friends and I play music in the warmer months, next to a playground and a medical clinic. An array of local parks (5-10 minutes walk away) make up Boston's Emerald Necklace, for endless exploration and tranquility within sight of Downtown. The picture above is of Jamaica Pond, a beautiful lake within walking distance.
