It was not very clean and when you flush the toilet the water comes all over the toilet seat and floor. It was a great location and the communication was also good although the apartment was very small (a little smaller than expected for us). I probably wouldn’t come back just because of the lacking of cleanliness of the apartment:)

This apartment worked perfectly for us as a couple exploring Paris. We did not need more than a place to sleep, shower, and keep a few small grocery items. The host was extremely communicative and helpful with getting to the area and checking in. He even allowed us to come in a bit early and store our luggage. The apartment is tiny (which is in keeping with Paris accommodations) but is near plenty of shops, bakeries, coffee places, and metro lines. We found it was the perfect location and price for our stay.

This was a perfect pied-a-terre for me in Paris. It was convenient for my meetings, very walkable, and a wonderful Lebanese restaurant virtually next door. Ismael was an exceedingly responsive host, so even when i couldn’t see some pictures he sent we were able to resolve via whats app. The kitchen is tiny but had everything i needed, the coffee was good, it really was fine for my purposes. Good to know It is 4 floors up, so not advisable if you have big suitcases or mobility issues. Voilà!

Sensational location, close to the metro and many shops/restaurants nearby. The space is on the smaller side; however, I took a tour from a local, and the guide told us that almost all apartments in France are smaller than international travelers expect. That being said, the layout and utilization of the space were excellent. It did not feel cramped at all, but still had all the amenities needed to be comfortable -- perfect for a solo traveler. I cannot praise Ismael's communication and hospitality enough. His instructions for check in were clear and accurate, he made sure to send communications following up to my stay, and was responsive when I had a question. Truly a great host and a great space -- will be staying here if I'm ever in Paris again!
