Sweet little kit cottage in Spofford Mills area is adjacent to Carolina Place and Wallace Park, which has lawns, basketballs courts and a playground. This is a quiet neighborhood of kids and dogs and walkers. We are located 20 minutes from Carolina Beach and 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. 8 minutes to the center of downtown and just 2 minutes to the local grocery store. Pets are welcome and the yard is fully fenced.
