This is your condo !!!!!

Romar Place 704 is a three bedroom, two-bath condominium that is located directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. (678 -488-0553) This seventh floor unit has a large Gulf-Front balcony with spectacular east views and direct gulf front views of the the beach in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama.

It features a large master suite with a king-size bed, 32' Flat Screen LCD TV, DVD Player, large private bath with over size bath tub, and a sliding glass door that leads to the Gulf-front balcony.

The second bedroom is decorated with seahorses and features a queen-size bed. It also includes a 20' Flat Screen LCD TV and a DVD/VCR Player. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 20' Flat screen LCD with DVD Player. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room for additional children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and icemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The breakfast table sits six people comfortably. The breakfast bar has four additional seats. The family room has a 42' Plasma Flat Screen TV and DVD (Blue Ray) Player. There are two separate sliding glass doors from the family room to the balcony.

All you have to do is come and enjoy. Everything is here for you in this little paradise. You can relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea and the white sand. Pick you best spot on the beach since this is a low density 66-unit complex there is plenty of room for you to read a good book on the beach or just watch the people walking by. There are plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and playing.

After all the fun you can sit on the balcony and just enjoy the sound of the ocean crashing on the white sandy beaches and the view of the dolphins frolicking in the ocean. What can be better than this wonderful paradise?!

Great location and facility

We enjoyed our stay here. Tammy, the property manager was friendly, helpful and responsive. The beach is right across the dunes and is beautiful. There are lots of great places to eat within a short drive and plenty to do. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Loved the location for everything! Very comfortable condo to be in! My son-in-law loved sitting on the deck at night watching the activity on the water and beach! Mike, the gentleman we got our parking reservation from was so welcoming and entertaining.

We had a great time. Location was perfect. Floors were dirty when we arrived and we had to immediately clean them. I didn’t appreciate that we had to make sure all of the dishes were clean and put away and cleaning countertops since we already had to pay so much for that service. Overall a great place though! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place. Clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous view. It was easy to get to the beach. Great kitchen setup. Tammy was helpful and easy to book with. Everything went so smooth. Recommendations of places were all good. We used the beach service and this was also very good. I cannot think of one single negative thing to say. Even the weather was great. I hope to rent this condo again next year.

Beach rentals frustration.

Had a great time enjoyed our stay. Only wish there was a rule in place for beach chairs that no one can set up in front of us. Paid a lot of money for the week only to have people set their stuff up right in front us and we wasn't able to see the water, this was our only disappointment of the trip but I guess you guys can't control that. But we will be asking if there is some kind of rule in place for beach chairs rentals at wherever we book next and it may make a difference in our next beach booking place.But the staff from the beach chair rental folks was absolutely great.Brad & Shelley McCamy

Nice location, dirty upon checkin

We recently stayed at this VRBO property and while the location was excellent, with beautiful beach views just as advertised, the interior left a lot to be desired. Upon check-in, it was immediately clear that the unit had not been properly cleaned. The shower curtain liner had visible mold, the toilet bowl had black stains, and the bath mats—though originally blue—had a dingy brown hue that suggested they hadn’t been washed in some time.There were a couple of dishwasher pods provided, but no dish soap, which made hand-washing dishes a challenge. Communication with the owner was also disappointingly slow, which made addressing these issues more frustrating.One of the biggest concerns was the peeling ceiling above the dining area. It was flaking and dripping debris directly onto the table and food, which was very unappetizing and concerning.While we loved the building’s location and would consider staying in the same complex again, we would not rent this particular unit again unless it undergoes some serious updates and improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

Great week

This property is a great location and close to restaurants and shopping! The condo needs some improvements. The microwave is difficult due to the door not closing well. Some mold in the bathroom. Overall, nothing major it is well equipped with all needed items. Great balcony and beautiful views! Beach access was easy and not crowded! Our bunch had a great week!

Great time at Romar Place

Our family had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. We LOVED staying in this condo! It was not so crazy busy with people like some of the brand new high rises. Always got an elevator quickly to head to the beach and dinner. Nice amenities, beautiful view, conveniently located and was perfect for our family of 5.!

Great last minute beach trip

We booked this property last minute less than a week before traveling. The views were great the accommodations were good. The property itself was very nice with a great family atmosphere. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and would like to return. This condo is very centrally located which makes it easy to get around.

Good for a last minute booking

I had my rental canceled due to a hurricane and quickly booked this listing as a backup. I felt the listing was slightly expensive compared to what I was giving up and there was a surprise $30 parking fee on arrival. The rental itself was very nice with lots of pots, pans, and utensils. The condo was clean with easy beach access.

The condo was great for our family We enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony. The furniture was comfortable. It was easy access to the beach, and we appreciated there being a number of places to rinse off. And the beach in front of the condo was less crowded than other places nearby.

Exactly what we needed

The property was perfect for traveling with our 1 y/o granddaughter. She had her first beach experience and was able to put her down for afternoon naps. We also enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. The unit itself seemed very well insulated. We heard no noise from any neighbors. All in all a nice place to stay.

Great Place

This was exactly as advertised and perfect for the 6 of us. Clean. Comfortable. AC worked better than any condo I’ve stayed in. We had an issue with the code (my fault) and the owner answered over Labor Day weekend and fixed the code in 10 minutes. She was very nice and accommodating. Security did a good job letting only residents in the parking lot. Thanks again to the owner for letting us use her great condo.

The place as well kept and nice, we had sa nice view, the beach was clean.

The washer and dryer were nice to have, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the dishwasher was a nice amenity, always had hot water. Loved being right on the beach.

I am originally from Mobile, Alabama and have grown up going to the beach all of my life. I have two children, 19 and 17 who enjoy the beach as much as I do. I wanted them to have the same experience that I had at the beach. So we purchased our condo in 2003. I have been renting it ever since. It is wonderful to hear all of the stories from renter's who enjoy the beach as we enjoy the beach.

Why they chose this property

We chose Romar Place for several reasons:
1. It is a low density building and you always have room on the beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, work-out room and outdoor grills.
2. You can view the Ocean from the den and the kitchen. Many of the condos I looked at had the kitchen off to the side and you could not see the gulf or visit with the family that was in the den. At Romar Place you can visit with the family that is in the den and see the ocean all while cooking in the kitchen.
3. The indoor pool was huge for us, because I have 2 children that like to swim all year long. It is also nice to use when you have had a little too much sun.
