This 1800+ sq.ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath home is spacious with updated features in a quiet family neighborhood. The back patio has a sitting area with a firepit, a BBQ, a large patio table that seats 6 and a beautiful view of the ocean, the shoreline an a peek of the Oceano Dunes. Close to parks, shopping an downtown Pismo Beach you will want to make this lovely house your favorite get away spot.
Please note that this home is in a residential neighborhood where the City of Pismo only allows vacation rentals of 30 days or more. This ordnance is meant to keep the neighborhood a quiet place for all residents.
There are outdoor camera's located on the property for security purposes Only. One in the front facing the driveway, one in the back facing the patio and backyard plus two more on either side of the house. We respect your privacy and the cameras are disabled once you’ve checked in.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot water heater is located in the garage. When you arrive you will need to turn up the temp to C by turning the knob on the front of the tank.
Please take off sandy shoes an brush off before entering the house. Shoes may be stored in the garage or outside the door. No Rearranging Furniture
Absolutely No Subletting. If you did not include your guest(s) in your rental profile, DO NOT leave them there if you decide to leave early.
