This is a 2bed/ 2bath second level condo. It offers full use of the unit, including living room, 1 king bed in the master bedroom with remote tv, large closet, patio access and private bathroom, 1Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom with remote tv and large closet, a second full bathroom for second room or guests, same level indoor laundry in second bathroom, 4 chair pub style table in dining area, and nicely stocked kitchen. It also offers internet, WIFI, DVD player, and large TV in living room with a very comfortable electric reclining couch to enjoy a movie. A nice deck with table and small outdoor couch, BBQ grill and a fire pit. Perfect to enjoy the distant ocean views and overlook the city lights at night while having a glass of your favorite beverage. Includes nice secure 2 car garage with remote, that will keep your car secure and out of the weather. For your safety and protection, a ring camera and stairwell camera are located at the front exterior entrance to the front door. This rental is for 30 days or longer per HOA rules. Unfortunately, the complex does not allow short term rentals. It is Very close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, art galleries, movie theater, and the beach!

Wonderful views. Close to everything (beach, shopping, 101 freeway & much more). Everything in the kitchen was extremely high quality. The garage eliminated the need to wash the car for the month. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Had a wonderful stay at this location, the unit was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable as it felt like home if not better. The unit was centrally located with shopping, gyms, and amenities very close by. The décor was lovely as the kitchen, BBQ, and all the appliances were all user friendly. If you’re looking for a great and comfortable place to stay in the central coast, this location is for you.

Very comfortable condo; stayed 1-1/2 months; great, convenient location; private garage is a plus; bright and sunny with distant views of the ocean and sand dunes. The owners were very lovely, accommodating and helpful, but not intrusive. Quality cotton linens and towels; nicely decorated with nautical theme; kitchen fully supplied; in-condo washer/dryer, all great amenities. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Arroyo Grande (AG). The VRBO was perfect for our needs. It was fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the well stocked kitchen had all appliances we needed. Having a garage to park our car in, was a bonus. There is a lovely deck with views of the ocean and Oceano dunes. The condo is ideal for easy access to the 101 and 5 minutes drive to Trader Joes, Aldi, Vons, cinemas and the beaches and dunes. We enjoyed wine tasting in Paso Robles, concerts in SLO and the Clark Center in AG, as well as making good use of the Curl Fitness facility we joined a few minutes drive away. Terry and Francine were easy to contact, although we had no issues with their rental. We would definitely return to their condo, should our travels take us back to AG.

Home Away From Home

This condo is so beautifully appointed. The furnishings and the decor and the floors and the art work are so nice. The balcony is a nice size and we love the bbq and the firepit and the views. You are really in the middle of the city with interesting action all around you and a quiet respite inside. It was great to be so close to absolutely everything, Having a garage was a bonus. We like the neighbors, too.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment. As pictured. Located right on a busy street though, so there is quite a bit of road noise during the day. Which was sometimes disruptive as we were working nights and sleeping during the day. Other than that it was well appointed, clean and close to everything. Easy access to freeway. Owners are quick to respond.

Three Months in AG

We enjoyed our stay at Terry and Francines condo. They were always responsive and helpful. When a smoke/CO alarm went off (unit failed) Terry came over the next day to replace it. The unit is clean, well equipped and close to beach, stores and other needs. It was perfect for us while we stayed to visit family and avoid our harsh winters. Alot to be said for having a two stall garage available too. Hope to return next spring.

February escape from Central NY Winter

I totally enjoyed my stay in this warm and cozy condo, so much so that I’ve already rebooked for Feb ‘24. A friend joined me for a few days. Loved the proximity to the beach, highway, shopping. Loved being on the top floor with the gorgeous view of the distant ocean, sand dunes and even sunsets. I wholeheartedly agree with the two previous reviews from Clare W. And Tobi U. While there’s a couple comments referring to street traffic noise, my permanent home is in a quiet neighborhood but I was pretty oblivious to the traffic and there wasn’t any noise at night even w/sleeping often with the patio door cracked open. Highly recommend renting w/Francine and Terry.
