A magnificent, fully air-conditioned 250-square-meter villa located 300 metres from the Mediterranean Sea in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, offering panoramic views of the Bay of Saint-Raphaël and just a 7-minute walk from the stunning La Gaillarde Beach with its turquoise waters. Nestled in the quiet area of Les Issambres, halfway between the bays of Saint-Raphaël and Sainte-Maxime, the villa boasts an exceptional 180° view of the sea, the red rock massif of the Esterel, and the Mercantour.

You can enjoy this breathtaking view from the large 150 m² terrace surrounding the pool—whether lounging on the sunbeds, gathered around the large covered dining table, or comfortably settled into the armchairs and sofas of the outdoor living area.

The pool is secured by a sturdy electric roller cover. It is illuminated in rainbow colours at dusk to enhance your evenings.

A parking area secured by an electric gate can accommodate 4 to 6 cars. The 1,350 m² property, featuring trees and Mediterranean vegetation, is fully enclosed.

A barbecue/plancha and a ping-pong table are at your disposal. You have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer.

The property is located 4 km from the villages of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres, which offer a full range of shops, a daily market, and restaurants. A well-stocked mini-market—including a bakery—at La Gaillarde Beach allows you to pick up essentials on foot.

The house faces entirely towards the sea and features a spacious 80 m² living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows, comprising a living room, a family room, and a very modern open-concept kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, food processor, wine cooler, central island, and snack bar. The large, single-level living area overlooks the stunning scenery and opens onto the terrace and pool.

- Upstairs: 3 large, air-conditioned master bedrooms opening onto a terrace-balcony where you can relax in armchairs and enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Bay of Saint-Raphaël, the Estérel, and the Mercantour, as well as the laid-back lifestyle of the French Riviera. An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace. On the landing, there is a separate toilet.

All bedding is new and of very high quality to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. The area is very quiet.

Cleaning services and linens are included in the rate (bath towels, beach towels, sheets). A concierge service will handle cleaning before your arrival as well as check-in and check-out. They will also be available to assist with any issues during your stay and to recommend the best local restaurants, various activities, a personal trainer, and babysitting services.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
