This charming apartment is in the perfect location, situated on the quiet street, rue Jean Goujon, in the 8th arrondissement, between the avenue Montaigne where you'll find luxury stores such as Dior and Louis Vuitton and the Seine River (subway Alma Marceau) with its beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower. It is two steps away from the famous avenue des Champs Elysées, the proverbial 'most beautiful avenue in the world'. All the famous stores are on the Champs, Gap, Sefora, Louis Vuitton. Behind the Avenue, you will discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants. Many shops and stores: bakery, butcher, supermarket, theater, doctor, drugstore, restaurant, cafe, clubs that you can explore on your own as you take in all that Paris has to offer!

The apartment (40 square meters) is such a nice and cozy place. The bedroom has two sliding doors that can be closed to have complete privacy from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has a brand new luxurious rain shower head and there is a washer and dryer to use whenever needed. Located on the third floor, the building conveniently has an elevator that takes you right to the apartment's front door. NO city noise, safe and very central! Walking distance to many BUS stops and both Franklin D. Roosevelt and Alma Marceau METRO stations that can quickly take you to anywhere in Paris! My quiet, nicely furnished apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation or business stay including an extensive library of guide books and maps of the city, metro and bus system, WiFi, Phone, full kitchen, etc.

This was my 1st time in Paris! The location was so perfect! LV, Channel, Dolce Gabanna were just a few of my neighbors. Only blocks away from Champs-Elysees Avenue. Look to the left, the Arc de Triomph, to the right the L'Obelisque. Walk a few blocks in the other direction and you have perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. There were several Bus Stops within blocks of the apartment and several entrances to the metro. There was alot to do! Shopping, dining, site seeing, you name it, it was right there! The apartment was perfect for a couple or two couples. This apartment had all the comforts of home and was quite cozy. I can't stress the fabulous location! Olga was amazing!

This trip from May 19-26 included my college roomate who was a first-timer in Paris. Olga and her son were extremely professional on the booking pre-departure. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT - the reason for my selection of this apartment. Everything is in new condition and although the apartment is small, it features many built in items that are 'tucked' away. The building is well cared for by the concierge and the neighbors were respectable and kind to us. Each of us would like to go back and stay at Olga's again!

Staying at this apartment was really nice. Close to metro, sights, restaurants, theatres, stores, everything. The apartment is comfortble and well decorated, but it gets a little warm sometimes during the day. The bed and the sofa bed are very good. It's very quiet, located on a calm street. Also, just a few steps from Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysée, Tuilleries, Sena. What else can I say? I would definitly come again. Olga is so friendly and helpful, she did everything to make us welcome!! We had an amazing time while staying at Olga's place. It was perfectly located within a short walk to great restaurants and Siena river from which we could enjoy an amazing view of the Eiffel tower!

Wonderful well located apartment in the best arrondissement

We totally enjoyed our stay here and the caring manager, Olga. We visit Paris very often and this was by far the best spot for being close to whatever we wanted to see and do! Small but clean and safe. We loved the neighborhood restaurants and shops as well as the proximity to museums and monuments we wanted to visit or revisit. i give this a ten!!

My 89 year old father and I went to Paris to complete a bucket list item! We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO! Olga was amazingly easy to communicate with throughout the process.The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk around safely and easily.

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment located near the prestigious Place Fracois and a block from Avenue Montaigne.The apartment is small but efficiently laid out. The owner, Olga, was very accommodating and I thank her for her hospitality.

Fantastic assistance

Owner answered all my questions in advance providing lots of helpful info. Also allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier than check in time so we could get out and see the sites. Very helpful cleaning lady. Wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Best Location For the Fashionista in Your Life

The apartment is a very good size with privacy doors for the bedroom. Very clean and well outfitted. Plenty of storage if you're planning a more extended stay. 3rd floor (US) with a well working elevator. Very nice courtyard to relax in (just wish they had some chairs). Even during the heat wave, the courtyard stayed very comfortable. If you have a fashionista in the group, you will not find a better location. The apt is right around the corner from Dior and all the other high end brands. Excellent restaurants nearby. Very easy access to the Metro and the RER C (when it's running-It's down until August). Olga, the hostess, is wonderful and responds very quickly to any inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Location, property, and support. Check temperature forecast before booking.

The best asset of this property is its location, which is within walking distance of many major attractions and museums. The facility itself is clean, well equipped, and a good size for a couple. Olga provided great support, even mailing us a key for early check in. We only gave it 4 stars however, since during our stay, the temperatures in Paris were unusually warm, and this property does not have any form of air conditioning other than a couple of floor fans, and the windows are exposed to the sun for most of the day. This led to the apartment as too hot to occupy from mid morning to well after sundown. We would suggest that before booking, check if the temperatures are forecast to be above 80F for your stay.

Perfect Parisan Apartment

We stayed for one month Oct/Nov 2023. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is safe and in a nice area. It is quiet in the evenings. The apartment was clean and well cared for. There is a clothes washer in the apartment and it worked great. We dried our clothes on a drying rack. The bed was comfortable. It has a very nice remodeled bathroom. A nice size shower with great water pressure. There is an elevator which was wonderful after walking all day enjoying this beautiful city. There is a farmer’s market a couple of days a week just a few blocks away. A 7 minute walk to the metro and a short walk to a grocery store. Olga was wonderful and very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Jon Bernal

Owner is fantastic

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a compact apartment, with everything hidden away in its place. The building is secure, with a concierge downstairs, The area is safe and one block away from several cafes, the underground subway, and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is perfect for two people. There is also a comfortable couch. My husband and I bumped into each other a couple of times in the small space, but Americans are used to larger properties, I believe. It was never a problem though. The property has everything you need. The owner, Olga, was quick to answer my questions, and allowed me an earlier check-in because my flight was arriving before noon. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this property to my family.

Convenience and Comfort

The apartment is in a very convenient location, near several Metro stops and prime shopping areas. It makes very good use of space, and being in a neighborhood gives it an air of comfort. We saw both a funeral and a wedding taking place at the church across the street, as well as dressmaking at the Dior building also across the street. Some information, such as use of taxis, needs to be updated. Not once were we able to get a flat rate. Twice, once in the Metro and once in a cab, we encountered scammers. Beware! It ‘s important to be firm and not fall prey to thievery. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. Being in our ‘70s, we would have appreciated knowing about the step-up building entrance and the step-up to the apartment shower. Cabinet openings also are a bit difficult to use, as they do not have handles. Wi-Fi was not working until we called the ISP and got it up and running. The provider was extremely helpful and kind. We appreciated the generous number of towels and blankets. Having a refrigerator was a plus as we found an excellent grocery store and purchased food twice, helping to defray our expenses at restaurants. Crowds were huge and made for long lines at museums and even stores. I have visited Paris on three other occasions for extended stays and never encountered such crowding, which was probably because during the Olympics entering the country was prohibited to those without Olympic tickets; a lot of people must have delayed their visits.

Olga is the Best!

By now my wife and I have stayed at more than five apartments in Paris of the years. Each one has had its own pluses and minuses, this one is clearly our favorite. The apartment is designed by a professional designer. All appliances (and it has everything!) are covered by closet doors. It separates the space using barn doos so it makes great use of space and is tidy. It has a new elevator that works well too. It’s location is on the fashion district, which was new to us making for lots of new discoveries. Right next door is an Italian flare restaurant that is excellent and there are many others within short walking distances. We did not take the metro, but the stop is minutes away. All in all, I would definitely rent this place again, if not for all the above, but for the property manager/owner Olga, who was very quick to respond to our emails. Lastly, this apartment was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed, and more. Thank you Olga!

Great first Paris visit!

This was a great choice for our 5 day stay in Paris. Olga was very responsive to questions and accommodated our change in arrival time. The apartment was very clean, in a secure building, in a nice neighborhood, convenient to two Metro stops and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees, the Louvre and many other attractions. Except as noted below, the street is very quiet. The only negatives are (1) the apartment could use a little maintenance: a recessed handle to one of the sliding closet doors was broken, and the sliding dividing wall between the bedroom and living room was off the rails and inoperable; and (2) there is construction going on in the building across the street - - it appears that the whole interior has been gutted and is being rebuilt - - and construction vehicles and noise begins at 6:00 AM, loud even with the windows closed.

Wonderful Paris location and apartment!

This fantastic secure apartment was located right off the Champs Elysees, near the Grand Palace and close walking distance to the Louvre, Arc de Triumphe, and Eiffel Tower. Metro stop is very close by. Wonderful location! Adorable design and set up with a private, comfortable bedroom area and a very comfortable sofa bed. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of room to relax, eat, and enjoy our time at the end of our tired days of sight seeing. There is a wonderful Brassiries right next door to start and/or end our day. The washing machine was a bonus for us as was the large bath area. We will definitely come back to enjoy this lovely apartment again in the future! The owner was more than accommodating with suggestions for restaurants, sights, and transportation. Great communication also.

Paris Tour de France trip.

Great location. Unfortunately construction across the street started at 5:30 and 6:30 am daily. Extremely loud. Not the fault of the owners though.

I have three grown kids who are all out of the house, so now I have more time to travel and visit my favorite city. I go to Paris about 3-7 times a year. I hope you love the city as much as I do!

I bought this apartment because it is in the perfect location: just minutes to the Champs-Elysees and close to the Eiffel Tower. It is also on a quiet street and very close to all the major attractions. It is also close to a number of parks, which I enjoy walking in.
