SURF SHACK at Seaside Beach: It is our belief that this is the closest house to the Ocean on the North Coast. Period. If you want to get the full ocean experience, it doesn't get any better than SURF SHACK at Seaside Beach. Surfers flying down the waves are right in front of your window and rolling waves are viewable day and night will keep you from wanting to ever leave. All major living spaces offer amazing views of the ocean. With a Hot Tub on the back porch, allowing a great view of Seaside and the water.
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 8 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
Please note - Due to the proximity of this home to the ocean, during the fall and winter months, the basement has the potential for flooding. During these times, the basement game room may become unavailable.
Flooding in the basement most commonly occurs when there are heavy rains combined with high tides or king tides. There is a sensor placed in the basement that will notify our staff of excessive moisture.
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night

Previous guests often leave toys and chairs in the garage however we do not maintain or monitor that stock if not listed on the amenity section of the property detail page of this website.
Hot Tub FAQ’s
Hours – 7am-9pm. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level.
Children under the age of 12 are not to use the hot tub.
Maintenance will service the hot tub alternating days between 9 a.m. -6 p.m to ensure water/chemical levels are safe for guest use. (They will not enter the home) Under normal conditions, this service usually takes half an hour to an hour
