Welcome to our cozy cottage set on 14 acres of quiet, secluded land in the beautiful Appalachian Trail community of Roan Mountain, TN. Enjoy the sights and sounds of wildlife as you sit on the front porch and take in the peaceful nature all around. Spend time just relaxing or jump into the many activities near by including hiking, fishing, snow skiing and tubbing, antique shopping, golfing, ATV riding and zip lines, vineyards, Watauga Lake, Grandfather Mountain, rafting, exploring the caverns, Bristol races, area festivals, and much more. The family room is the perfect place to gather and relax while watching our smart TV, playing games, or working on a puzzle. Phone and TV are through Wi-Fi only and work off of a satellite. The Kitchen is fully equipped, or if you would rather grill, we have a gas grill right outside on the porch. For dessert feel free to cozy up by the firepit and make some yummy smores while enjoying late night chats or even some fire side songs.

All seasons are beautiful here and we hope your stay is full of great memories and a time of renewal and relaxation.
