Summary:

Sublime air-conditioned apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, extremely well located

At the crossroads of the Grands Boulevards, close to several famous shopping streets. Chic, modern, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a typically successful Parisian stay with family or friends.



The Space:

Air-conditioned apartment of 85m2 on the 1st floor with elevator which includes :

- Living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 1 bedroom with double bed

- 3 shower rooms with WC, 2 of which are adjacent to the 2 bedrooms



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Wonderful apartment

Great location to restaurants, bakeries and sites. The apartment and courtyard are very clean and easy to access. Great kitchen if you want to stay in, but why would you with all the fabulous restaurants nearby. Slept like a baby every night!

Very nice apartment in good location.

My family and I stayed at this apartment in Paris for 6 nights. The location was good with easy access to the metro, restaurants and shops. The apartment was as advertised, clean, well stocked with plates, utensils, a few pans and pots. I would stay here again if I ever visit Paris again.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the metro and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious, but was a bit loud some nights due to the restaurant down the street and the construction across the street. The beds are both U.S. queen-sized and very comfy. Be aware that one bathroom does not have a door separating it from the bedroom. The check-in process could have been smoother but we ultimately only waited a short while to get everything settled. Enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, modern, apartment with great location.

Very roomy centrally located apartment in a great area of the city. One flight up w/ small elevator when you need to haul your luggage up & down. Old Parisian Apartment recently renovated in a modern, clean, & elegant style with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and had one of our best meals in Paris in a restaurant just four doors down on the corner of the block. Highly recommend.

8 DAYS IN PARIS

The apartment is spacious and light with a modern and very functional kitchen. Bedrooms and baths are comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Would be very good for a large family group. Living room furnishings (convertible sofas) could use a refresh. Good bakeries nearby and Eels is a very nice restaurant. Good access to Metro but neighborhood is not at all elegant.

Paris center apartment

We rented this apartment for the space, location and beautiful furnishings. We were happy with the first two, but the furniture and bedding were very dirty. There were stains on the couches, chair, and ottomans. We had to find a blanket (also stained) to put on the couch so we could sit on it. Made us feel like the place hadn't been properly cleaned.

Fantastic Apartment in Convenient Location in Paris

We had a great week at this property in Paris. My wife and I and our 16 year old son were very comfortable here. Everything was just as described. AC was a bonus and worked very well. The location is terrific! Very close to multiple Metro lines making it very easy to get pretty much anywhere. We took the Metro all over including to Versailles. There are tons of local restaurants, cafes and shops are easily within walking distance. Some of the nearby restaurants were outstanding and not "touristy" at all. Access to groceries was also simple so we made good use of the kitchen as well. Joanna and Michael are great hosts and make it easy to recommend a stay here.

Amazing roomy and bright apartment on the first floor of a great street in the 10th arrondisement. Entry was safe and secure, and spectacular. Lift although not needed. Apartment was everything the pictures show, beautiful spaces, well furnished with classy comtemporary fittings. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 tall teenagers. Beds were comfy with good quality linen. Bath towels were soft and plush. Great basic amenities and a washer dryer. Johanna was lovely to deal with and communication was great. Would stay here every weekend if we could! We will be back :)

Spacious not luxurious

Pros: a lot of room to spread out. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Tall windows. Washer. Fairly close to metro stations. A lot of details and communication with host - I liked the videos. Cons: technically the 10th ard. Not enough items to do a proper self catering. Pictures are outdated or people have been very hard on this property. It is cute but not luxurious. I expected more with the price we paid.

The property itself was fine and generally matched the listing. However, during the stay there was an attempted break-in by burglars. I had to contact and deal with the police, and then wait for a few hours for the host to come and change the locks. This was stressful and traumatic to my family.Unfortunately, the host did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience or safety concerns caused by the incident. When I reached out to VRBO for assistance, they refused to respond, citing their “contact us within 24 hours” policy, which felt dismissive and unhelpful given the seriousness of the situation. After trying to chat with someone and speakg to a customer agent and his supervisor for over one hour, I finally got him to write to the host to see what could be done...Overall, while the property itself was acceptable, the experience was overshadowed by the safety issue and lack of support from both the host and VRBO.

Great location! Needs a few improvements

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Paris, and the location of the flat made it easy for us to explore the city. However, there are a few quirks about the flat that we believe should be addressed before we consider staying again. Firstly, one bedroom featured an exposed bathroom, which offered no privacy when using the toilet. Additionally, the rooms were quite small, and the lack of a door separating the bed from the bathroom made for an uncomfortable experience. We also noticed that the bed pillows did not have pillowcases, so I recommend confirming with the host regarding linens prior to arrival. With some simple improvements, we would be more than happy to leave a 5-star review and recommend your flat to friends and family visiting Paris. Thank you!
