Der Standort ist perfekt: nahe an einem Strand und in einer der schönsten Ecken der Insel. Die Vermieterin antwortet immer allen Fragen und ist bemüht. Die Wohnung hat fast alles was man braucht; gute Küche und angenehmer Sitzplatz draußen etwas geschützt von Wind und Sonne, stilvoll und modern dekoriert, allerdings kaum Internet Empfang (auch kein wlan) und Schlafqualität sehr begrenzt (das oberste Zimmer ist kaum ventiliert somit 30C nachts und Küchengerüche garantiert, das Unterste hat ein kleines Dachfenster direkt zu den gesprächigen Nachbarn und eine alte Matratze, wir haben auf dem Bett Sofa geschlafen…).Etwas weniger oberflächliches Putzen würde auch der Wert des Objektes verbessern. Parken ist meistens kein Problem und Ort und Einwohner sind super.
