Perfect views

While the condo is a little dated, it’s a great size and the views are perfect. Close to good restaurants too. The deck is huge and that’s where we spent most of our time.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Perdido Key and would recommend this property to other families. The condo had plenty of room and just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach and pool access were close and convenient. Everything was great!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We searched for days before finding this condo, and we all knew it was the one! It was perfect for three couples and a toddler. The balcony view was incredible, and everything was just as advertised with one exception. The "queen beds" were not queen. They were definitely smaller. Otherwise, everything is just as described and pictured. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, while Orange Beach and Pensacola are easy drives to visit other popular attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Review

This was the property from hell I was not notified of the construction. I never got consistent communication from southern reality. They impossible to deal with. Never Never again. I will let others know as much as possible so nobody will get this experience again. There wrere many interior problems as well

Cleanliness

This property needs to be deep cleaned. Appliances are outdated and need to be replaced. Refrigerator, dish washer and washer and dryer. Some updates have been completed the floor was noticed. The bathrooms and showers needed cleaning mold and Mildred were between the tiles. The toilet in the main bathroom had rust around it and the exhaust fan has mold growing around. The tub in the master bath the jets were full of mildew as well. Some towels appeared clean while others did not. The trim was replaced after the floor was installed but had not been cleaned prior to installing and in the master bathroom brads we’re still visible. It’s unfortunate the price paid for this condo along with the cleaning fees that are paid the expectations were not met.

Beautiful condo, poor management

This condo is very pretty, freshly updated, relaxing decor. Nice pools, awesome beach service company, lots to do pretty close. The management company was terrible. I did attempt to resolve with them before posting this review, but they did not even respond. There were rodent droppings in our furniture and kitchen cabinets upon check in. When I contacted the management company they asked if I wanted it cleaned up. Then informed me the HOA did the pest control so they couldn’t help with that. We went out and purchased our own mouse traps and set them in the condo. Then mid-week our kitchen water was not working. Contacted management again who did not come until the next day. The technician informed us someone had apparently come into the unit and shut off the water. No one had told us about this. The faucet was leaking, someone must have known, came in, turned it off and left us with no water and no notice, and no way to prepare our meals or clean our dishes. Southern Vacation Rentals is a poor management company and I would not rent from them again.
