We love the location. Perfect for seeing all the sights in Nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and even cooked some evening meals there. Edith was attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely stay on our next visit to Nice!

The best place to stay in Nice

Incredible how accurate the pictures are. It’s so rumy and incredible spacious. The apartment is so pretty and the location is just perfect. We walked to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, train station. Edith is amazing host. She is so kind and helpful. The easiest rental I ever had. We are coming back.
Got some fresh flowers from the local market for our breakfast table

The most beautiful apartment in Nice

The most beautiful apartment in Nice. So central to everything. So spacious and great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Nice, shopping, beach and old town. Will definitely be rebooking!

Perfect location

The apartment is located in an historic building . You are in the heart of the city and while this is convenient, it also means there is a lot of noise: One of the bedrooms is above a restaurant ( people talking late at night) . However, it is 5 to 10 min walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The bathrooms were very clean and brand new. The kitchen definitely needs some upgrades: Microwave/oven combo and fridge are old. Some other small improvements are needed: Utensils in kitchen too old, iron not working, no chandeliers in bedrooms: Just bare lightbulbs.With all these changes, this apartment will be perfect. Thank you to Edith , the manager for being so helpful.
