Please note before booking: façade renovation work will take place on the courtyard side of the building starting on April 27, 2026, and is scheduled to be completed by July 31, 2026. Scaffolding will be installed for the entire period, and there may occasionally be some visual or noise disturbances during the day.

Rest assured, however, that this work will not affect the comfort of the apartment, which will remain fully accessible, quiet at night, and perfectly functional for your stay.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and a microwave. Additionally, the apartment provides ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as towels and complimentary toiletries.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
