Expansive deck with lounge furniture overlooking a beautiful natural yard.Watch nature at it's finest while relaxing outside. Come home after your day at the beach and take a relaxing soak in our cedar outdoor shower with a clawfoot tub. Brand new hot tub overlooking maritime forest. Fish from the canal at the back of property. Truly a picturesque and serene environment to spend your vacation time.
We offer an oceanfront parking pass to make your trip easy and convenient a rare amenity in the OBX, no need to lug all the equipment on a long walk. Or you can choose to walk along the beach path the nearest ocean front access 10-12 minutes away. After exploring the Outer Banks or after a sunny day at the beach come back to the beautiful home, rest on the fabulous screen porch, drinks and appetizers in hand, spend the evenings lounging on the oversize sectional in the great room being together. This is place is how a vacation should feel and look.

Why they chose this property
As many people know after their first visit, the Outer Banks is a special place. Gorgeous beaches, natural beauty,lighthouses, maritime history and the birth of US flight! We always wanted to own a home in the Outer Banks and Southern Shores is a well kept secret with its beautiful beaches winding roads, tree lined streets,maritime forest, canals that lead out to the sound, and laid back lifestyle.
What makes this property unique
We loved this property because after a day at the beach with all the "hubbub , the home is in an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood where there is privacy, tranquility and so much natural beauty. It is easy to unwind and relax when sitting on the screen porch drinking coffee listening to swaying pines or at the end of the day having wine and appetizers, while grilling on the outdoor deck.
