the biggest problem is I spent almost half my stay without a dishwasher which was broken and not replaced while I was there. I inquired about some refund for the inconvenience but never received a response

bungalow in santa rosa cove

This is a very dated unit with a lot of potential but in need of some serious updating and TLC. In addition, nearly every closet was unusable because already stuffed with bedding and pillows etc. Nearly every cabinet in the kitchen was already filled so had to be rearranged so we could put our food away. The unit was advertised with a 2 car garage which could not be used as it already contained a fairly classy Mercedes and a golf cart and couch and assorted pillows tossed about the floor. The unit needed to be deep cleaned as registers etc had layers of dirt. Other assorted issues needed attention. On the plus side, the unit is right next to a seldom used warm pool and spa which we used nearly every night. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of grass and easy walking distance to the LaQuinta Resort which is filled with beautiful floral gardens etc. The few neighbors we met were very friendly. The unit manager was prompt to meet some of the issues that arose during our stay except for a broken chair leg, which was only a minor inconvenience. Unfortunately the unit did not meet the standards we usually see in renting other VRBO units.

Across from the PGA West golf Pro shop very convenient to that and then La Quinta resort tennis facilities
