Host was very gracious and gave perfect instructions with the house. House was exactly what we were expecting. The property is beautiful, remote and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for in a mountain retreat.

We are so glad you enjoyed the remote and relaxing retreat and would love to host you again, anytime!
Tiffany is a great host. She provided up to date information about upcoming severe weather on our booking day and allowed complementary early check-in to avoid snowy roads. The home is beautifully decorated with unique artifacts. Has gym and board games and TT and pool table which kept out kids entertained. Overall we loved the stay. Location is peaceful and scenic. Thank you.
This home has everything you need for a peaceful getaway! Clean, comfortable, welcoming and spacious. The view is amazing and the stars at night are stunning. The beds are great and plentiful. The kiddos, young and old, enjoyed the game level. The wrap around upper and lower decks are great for morning coffee and star gazing. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make meals, big or small. The large island and dining table are perfect for getting everyone together at once. The host, Tiffany, responded within minutes to my queries before the booking and while we were there. When it says mountain retreat, it’s accurate!! You are UP on the mountain and very secluded…except the cute deer that came each morning If you are wondering if this is the place for you, it is.
Great place for a large group! We grilled, played cards and just enjoyed the views! Definitely need a SUV to get up to the property. Hope to be back again.
Absolutely perfect!!! Views were stunning, house was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. for cooking. Tiffany was a great host, very quick in responding and taking care of our needs as we had elderly family members and she offered to move a bed to main floor. Definitely can't wait to book again.
The living space was plenty big enough for all of us, the wrap around deck was brand new, and we enjoyed the views. The game rooms downstairs gave us plenty of play space for soccer with our 4 year old grandson. The bedrooms were well appointed, and the kitchen was large enough for several people to be meal prepping at the same time. Deer came to our driveway daily. The parks are all so close, we hiked a different trail every day. Red Rocks Park was the best!
We were all happy with this place for our get-together. There were a few bugs/spiders in the basement, which were a little unsettling, and the stairs posed a bit of a challenge for the seniors in our group—slow and steady was the key! Overall, it was a warm and inviting space that made my family feel right at home.

I am so glad you had a great time. We treated for bugs after your stay. Sorry that you had a few spiders!
Absolutely wonderful stay at this home! Super clean, stunning views and more than enough room for our groups of 10z host was responsive and we were 100% happy with our stay.
Check in was easy. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It would be helpful to label the cabinets since there were so many. Sufficient amount of dishes. Missed having a vent hood over the cooktop.
So many gorgeous views from this lovely home. It was amazing to sit by the windows every morning and see the landscape for miles around. It's also a great base camp for wonderful hikes through the Pike National Forest.
This was the PERFECT place for our family of 8 to stay. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it was beautiful and well maintained. The views from the deck were amazing and we truly enjoyed our time. HIGHLY recommended.
The home is beautiful and very clean. The deck wraps 3 sides of the house and beautiful for watching sunrise and sun sets. The kitchen had everything and there were games to play. We took our pup and it was a great space for him. There were baby gates, and a crate if needed. We didnt have any little ones but if you do there is everything you need. Tiffany was quick to respond to any messages and was a good communicator. Definitely recommend.

Thanks, Jasmine! We enjoyed hosting you and are so happy you enjoyed Bailey, CO! We will happily have you back anytime!
This is a beautiful property. We were there for my son’s wedding in Pine, CO. Family and a few friend stayed here - gorgeous views, wonderful sitting area in the living room and on the deck, kitchen had everything you could want, bedrooms nicely appointed with nice bathrooms, would definitely stay there again
We stayed at this amazing house the weekend of our son's wedding. Everything about our stay was wonderful; I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Tiffany, for promptly answering all my questions and for graciously allowing us to check in early!
The property is great. Surrounded by nature with fresh air and greenery, it was awesome. The only challenge was the off road to get the property which was a bit of challenge. The host was responsive and communicative. Overall, it was a great stay

Thanks, Kaleelur! We are so glad you and your guests had a good time. Unfortunately, we had a big rainstorm a few days before your arrival and had small wash outs on the dirt driveway and road. It is definitely more bumpy than normal and we do have plans to smooth it out. The road to the house is graded at least once a year. Rest assured future guests- the road will be improved but until then, small cars will have no problems navigating as long as you drive slowly in the worst areas.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. This is a great location for people looking to get IN THE MOUNTAINS. The gravel driveway is bumpy but totally doable for all vehicle types. The game room was very fun for my kids and the kitchen was a joy to cook in with every type of cooking tool or spice you could imagine. Communication with the owners was probably the best I have ever experienced - even in the wee hours of the morning!

Thanks so much for your wonderful review Jen! We would love to have you back anytime. I am so pleased you and your family enjoyed some quality time together with the games. You were the perfect guest!
Our group of 10 resided here for a family wedding and enjoyed every minute of our stay! This home has it all—a huge, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of comfy bedrooms and clean bathrooms, loads of games, a movie room, a gym/billiards/ping pong/basketball/and more in the basement, and the view...my gosh...that view from the wraparound balcony is everything! We saw more stars in one weekend than we have in the last 10 years living in Southern California. We also peeked some sweet wildlife (deer, birds, chipmunks) around the property. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very attentive when needed. If you're considering this lodge, don't wait. Book it quick before someone else snatches it up.
