Venice Beach getaway

I had a group of 12 people that stayed within the main house and the guesthouse in July this year and must say that we had an absolutely amazing time. The house was great with the kitchen and 3 bedrooms all being quite large. The key for us was the outside decking that connected the main house to the guest house. Not only was this area great for sitting outside and entertaining, it was a great little area to enjoy the summer nights, especially with the BBQ. Jane was absolutely amazing and had everything ready for us as soon as we arrived and ensured that everything was set up with minimum fuss which allowed for our time in the house be completely stress free and enjoyable. I would recommend the property to small groups, large groups up to 12 people and families all the same. It's a great location, beautiful house and I would have no hesitation staying here again the next time that I'm in LA.
