Great location

This apartment was perfect sized for our family of four. It is close to old town and we were walking distance to almost everywhere. The apartment was equiped with what we needed during our stay. There is air conditioning but the small bedroom does not have an air conditioning unit in it.

Perfect for our week-long stay in the hot summer. The air conditioners in the master bedroom and the living room kept the spacious apartment cool. (We didn’t sleep in the front bedroom where the twin beds are, so I can’t say if it would have been cool enough in there without air conditioning, but there is a portable fan.) It has a terrific washing machine in the bathroom with lots of hangers and closet space in the main living area for hanging clothes to dry, and a full-sized ironing board and quality iron. Although the lighting is terrible over the bathroom vanity, I was able to use the desk in the second bedroom to put my makeup on in a better-lit room. There is a good sized refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and a few pieces of cookware and dishes to make simple meals. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable too.The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so we were grateful to have an elevator when carrying up our luggage and groceries. The location can’t be beat. Less than a 20-minute walk to the Nice Ville train station, less than a 20-minute Uber ride to the airport, and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, and great shopping. We would rent here again!
