Summary:
This private single family home is located on a quarter acre and is just minutes to everything Annapolis has to offer, including a short drive or walk to Quiet Waters Park, and other area attractions.

Our fully furnished and family-friendly home offers four bedrooms with two separate living areas, and a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. With a play structure on site, patio, and convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, there's something for the whole family!

The Space:
The house has four full bedrooms (with King, Queen, Full, and twin beds plus one full-sized sleeper sofa), three full bathrooms, and two separate living areas. There is also a full-sized office attached to the master bedroom. There dining space both inside and on the outside patio.

Outside, there is a large patio, a play structure with swings for children, and a large fully-fenced backyard.

There is parking for up to five cars in the driveway and garage. The house also features a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, a large television for relaxing in the evening, and enough space for multiple groups to gather comfortably.

The home features a full- sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.

Guest Access:
The property features a one-car attached garage and a large driveway which can fit multiple cars. There is no on-street parking in the neighborhood.

Entry is via a unique pin code which will be provided upon booking. Touchless entry is also available upon request.

The property is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with many trails and and parks nearby

Getting Around:
Parking is available on-site. Guests should not park on the street in the neighborhood as there is no on-street parking.

The house is located in a quiet, private neighborhood with lots of trees, while still being close to many shops and restaurants. It is within a short drive of all of Annapolis, plus numerous parks

We came into town for parents weekend at USNA. The house was perfect. Great location, quiet neighborhood. House was big and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had enough supplies and equipment to cook what we needed.

The house was clean, organized and has all the essentials. Plenty of towels, beddings, and bathroom supplies. Only 2 complaints, description listed 1 extra bed but should’ve been a crib and the shower pressure was poor. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice place for family

Family in town for a military ceremony. Good place to stay. Close to Annapolis Campus. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious inside and out. Kitchen clean. Communicative owner.

Had a great time.

Nice experience. Everything was well maintained. Beds, pillows and towels were all comfortable and good quality. Would differently stay here again. Quite location in a nice residential area. Very good dive bar with good food only a short walk away.

Annual trip

Wonderful location just minutes away from downtown with a grocery store just a few blocks away. We noted one minor issue upon checkin and the host immediately corrected it! The kitchen amenities were far beyond the bare basics in most properties along with enough towels for us to not have to do laundry daily, this is a big one for us! Highly recommend!

Great quaint neighborhood

Nice house and layout. The owner was very responsive and quickly answered every question I had. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The layout was conducive to allowing everyone to have their own privacy and space. There was a grocery store, a bar, and a decent breakfast spot all within 1/4 mile. I'd stay again.

The bets were all comfortable! The home was in great condition! It was advertised and presented as advertised. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We had a family of six staying there and it was very comfortable for commissioning week

Annapolis Property

The overall rating for this property was a C on a scale A-F. The property is listed as child friendly. There was a children's play set in the back yard. The landscaping condition of the property in general was poor.( Front and back yard) It was in need of much clean-up. Tree logs and debris laying around. A child could not safely play in the back yard. The outside patio furniture was disorganized, dirty and not cleaned. The environment control between the main and lower floor should be independent with separate thermostats of one another so one floor isn't cold while the other is hot. Wall paint in the living area was chipped and marred. Overall the environment of the property did not feel special just very vanilla.

Family friendly

This home is good for families due to the number of toys, games and outdoor play equipment. However, the home is run down, bathrooms are tiny, and showers are difficult to operate. It served our needs fine but I was expecting it to be nicer. We appreciated the early check-in and speedy communication with the host,

Great place close to Annapolis

This house was great for two families (7 in party). The house was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Backyard has play area for smaller children and place to sit and relax. Staying here made our visit to Annapolis much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel. The host was very welcoming and easy to contact. We would stay here again!

Amazing, spacious and stylish house

Chris was a great host! He responds to my texts quickly and he was very accommodating to our needs. Check ins and check outs were detailed and easy. Me and my friends really liked the house, we spent an amazing time there. It was absolutely clean and stylish it is better than shown in pictures plus it was well stocked. The drive way was was spacious it could hold up to 6 cars. I definitely recommend this place as I feel lucky to have found this amazing place at last minute booking.

Our host considered every aspect of vacation rental. This VRBO was spotless. Every room had bath towels set out. Every bathroom had bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. Much appreciated because I forgot shampoo and conditioner. For those traveling with young children, it doesn't get better than this. The yard is fenced in and there is a playscape. There are cubbies with children's toys. Great location in a family neighborhood with easy access to pretty much anything one needs. It's a ten minute drive to the heart of Annapolis. Thank you for a great place to stay on our visit to Annapolis!
