Delightful village house, do everything on foot

We absolutely loved our stay here. This is a village house in the "centre ancien" with a view of St Tropez across the Gulf, as well as the Ste Maxime port, the sea, and the public "boules" court. You can do everything you need to do on foot, which is amazing when the high season creates interminable traffic jams on the coast road.The house is very sensibly laid out over three levels (stairs are good for you!) and is pretty, clean, modern and well equipped. Visitors should know, however, that the house is above a very active (and fun!) bar, which will be quite audible until midnight most nights of the week!The good news is that the excellent windows, shutters and air conditioning make it fairly easy to close out the sound and so on.Another small point: there are two lovely modern bathrooms/shower rooms, but only one shared toilet. Just a thing to know, we did not mind this at all.We highly recommend the house.

Tout est parfait ! Cette petite maison de ville est parfaite et correspond exactement à l’annonce. Proprietaire très sympathique Et à l’écoute. Extrêmement bien située En plein cœur de Ste Maxime , avec tout le confort que l’on puisse espérer. Merci encore pour cette bonne bouteille de vin rosé bien fraîche ainsi que la bouteille d’eau après un voyage sous une température torride. Cela nous a fait vraiment plaisir. Merci encore et à très vite pour une prochaine location. Axel
