Paradise Pali Kai is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere by respecting our neighbors.
Quiet hours must be observed.
Please enjoy the pool during daylight hours only.
No parties, events, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings are permitted.
Occupancy & Registered Guests
Our nightly rates are based on the number of registered guests.
The published base rate includes up to 2 registered guests. Additional guest fees apply for each registered guest beyond the first two.

For insurance, safety, and liability reasons, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted anywhere on the property at any time. Visitors, day guests, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval.

These policies help us maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for our guests while respecting our neighbors and complying with our vacation rental permit requirements.

A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.

Security & Privacy
For your safety and the security of the property, Paradise Pali Kai is equipped with exterior security cameras.
There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home, and NO cameras face into any interior living areas. All cameras monitor outdoor areas only.
