The beautiful beach will be open for use and our unit is freshly renovated!

Gorgeous, huge oceanfront condo with gulf views on private beach on quiet, family friendly Holiday Isle in Destin. The Aegean complex is extremely close/convenient to the harbor, jetties, grocery stores (Winn Dixie, Target, Publix), fish markets, shopping, Crab Island, and all Destin has to offer.

You won’t find a better location for your family vacation! After you leave you’ll be saying, Caribbean who?! The Aegean has it all-beautiful views of the sparkling emerald gulf, which is mere steps away (no lugging beach supplies for blocks! Just walk downstairs!), quiet, uncrowded beachfront with private chairs for rent, a lovely pool, grills, tennis, etc, all within minutes of your favorite Destin attractions. And with the added bonus of a newly renovated condo with hotel style bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen! Come once and keep coming back forever. It doesn’t get any better!

This spacious, recently renovated 1800 square feet condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on 3 levels. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The bedrooms are appointed as follows:

Master (second level) - king bed, private balcony with gulf views, renovated en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub

Guest room 1 (second level)- two queen beds and renovated en suite bathroom with shower (hand rail and bench)

Guest room 3 (third level) - loft,gulf views, bunk bed, twin bed, queen bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo



The first floor has a large kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, and den area with a flat screen TV/Roku/cable. There is a large balcony on the first floor with table and chairs for a relaxing view of the sunset and the beach (hopefully with your drink of choice in hand!). There is a second large balcony off the master suite, with equally stunning views,equipped with chaise lounges. The tiles on the main floor have recently been replaced with beautiful new flooring (not reflected in pics).

Amenities include TV's in living room and each bedroom (with Rokus so you can watch netflix :), fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table (seats 6), with extra seats at the bar; newly renovated, hotel style master and guest baths, with a luxurious soaking tub in the master bath; brand new washer/dryer, extra-fast WIFI, and modern amenities throughout the condo. Basic toiletries and supplies included in the rental.

The Aegean complex is quiet, family friendly and a favorite of both the owners and the vacationers who return here year after year. The location, on the quiet Holiday Isle peninsula, is a hidden gem in Destin--close to everything, but tucked away from the bustle and crowds. Visiting the Aegean feels like stumbling onto a small, private island!

The Aegean property includes a large community pool, a gazebo with grilling areas, a shuffleboard court, tennis courts, and a beautiful, quiet private beach with beach chairs available for rent.

You rate includes parking passes for TWO cars during your stay. There is no street parking so please plan accordingly.

Perfection! This condo has it all if you are bringing the whole family. So very spacious with TWO balconies! It has three stories which allowed our little ones a peaceful nap. The large kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is the best location in Destin. Very family oriented and a quick drive to big attractions. Amd the beach was amazing! Crystal clear water and white sugar sand. We had the best time!

Perfect paradise getaway!!!

The location was great! Right on the beach with private access and close to town for food and shopping. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces. The condo was just beautiful and well kept. The host was super nice too!!! This property is exactly as described and convenient location to everything! Very clean, absolutely no complaints about this room! The owners were super quick to respond to my messages! My kids loved the pool and the easy access to beach! Our only issue we had was with the Beach service, They were very rude and confrontational.

Very nice place

The place was very nice and in a good location with a lot of privacy. There are a lot of stairs so be aware if that’s a problem. Nice large living space with great, well stocked kitchen. Gated community feels very safe and private. No tents allowed on beach in front of resort, which with a party our size paying for chairs was too much. However, we were able to walk down the beach a bit and put up our tent. Nice place to stay 😊

Great vacation!

There was some construction going on at the property, we knew this ahead of time so were prepared for it. That's the only reason I didn't give all five stars. Unit was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Parking was a little crazy due to the above, but as stated we anticipated it so all worked well. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to friends.

First, I have to say that while the VRBO listing advertised a "heated pool", we learned upon our arrival that the pool is NOT heated during the "winter" months. I had some very disappointed grandchildren that they could not enjoy the pool. It would be nice if you would clarify that there is a pool, and it can be heated, but it won't be heated during your stay! However, we enjoyed the accommodations, all the other amenities in the condo, the close proximity to the beach and water, the balconies. the town and all its amenities and delicious seafood restaurants. It was such a relaxing vacation.

Bachelorette party with 11 guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The space fit us really well. I really liked the whole downstairs/common area space. They have done a great job with making enough room for everyone to sit in the same space comfortably. Having two couches and an air mattress available is a great alternative if people struggle sleeping in shared rooms. We had some issues with the dryer and dishwasher, however. We were a little disappointed we had to purchase beach towels for the beach house but we left them behind so we hope they can be up utilized for future guests. Additionally, there is one hair dryer in the top floor bathroom which we were glad to have. Lastly, the top floor mattresses are a bit squeaky but with a little bit of white noise, we all slept ok. Thanks so much for having us! We would come back!

Quiet location during Spring Break

Our family of 4 (2 adults, kids 6/2.5) loved staying at this condo. Condo review: Owners have done some nice upgrades to this condo with beautiful bathrooms, new flooring on the main floor, nice furnishings and very well stocked. Items that were above other condos we have stayed at were a sponge , dish soap, additional trash can liners, toddler bed rails, pack and play and deck box with toys. Beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided. Very nice set of washer and dryer which I love because I like to go home with clean laundry! This condo is nicely located not too far from the front gate but close to the beach and pool access too. I also liked it being a corner top unit because we did not have any neighbor noise. The only thing was the stairs- they feel steep and my 2.5 year old was a little too interested in them. I would recommend for older kids that have full balance (my 6 year old was fine on them). My kids slept in the same room for the first time in the loft bedroom and I was a little nervous with the stairs being open but we brought a night light and put a toddler bed rail in front of them just in case. Aegean property review: Very quiet especially at Spring break, loved that there was 1 row of chairs allowed at front of the beach for the beach service and others set up behind. The beach service is located at the resort so no need to call around ($30 a day for them to set up). We have always paid for chairs and honestly at this resort the proximity of the beach would not be bad to bring your own at all. The complex is older (owner has updated the condo) and the pool is small, there was an elevator but it seemed slow and very creaky so we used stairs instead - 31 stairs from the parking lot to the condo, 25 to the main level with pool and beach. The location is very nice because you are in a very quiet inlet almost at a dead end so not much traffic. Destin review: First time to the Destin area and during Spring Break it was definitely busy. We like that there was so much variety of restaurants and shopping and other activities because March was cold and windy and rainy for us. We went to the outdoor mall one day and playing the arcades at Uncle Bucks bowling. Second day we did a Destin dolphin cruise which was cold but we came prepared. We ate earlier than the Spring Breakers except one night and the main strip definitely got busy.

Amazing Large Condo in West Destin!

The location of this condo is perfect just off the hustle of Destin but close enough to all Destin has to offer. We even took a short ride west to Gulfarium which is a very nice aquarium one afternoon. The layout of the place is very nice with a master on second floor facing the beach. There is a nice balcony for the master. The Double Queen suite is also on the second floor. The older children slept upstairs on 3rd floor loft that also has a full bath. They were not too far away from us on the 2nd floor. The main floor is very spacious and opens to a very nice balcony with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which to me is a huge bonus. The beach and pool are a very, very short walk away. Cannot stress how important that is as you can come and go as you wish. Each family member can stay as long as they want or as short as they want at the beach. We did some lunches at the Pavilion each day. Make sure to get out on beach early enough for sunsets or even sunrises. The pool is very clean, not too small and not too big. Finally the owner/manager of the property responds almost immediately to any questions you may have. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully for years to come as it checks all the boxes for a great beach trip.

Beautiful home for all ages!

We absolutely loved this home and the private location it provided our family. We traveled with my MIL and her special needs foster children along with my family of 5 ( 3 kids, 9/7/1 year old). Everything was provided including for the baby to make this stay effortless on us. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean. The layout allowed the 9 of us to spread out and have our own space. The views are amazing. We will definitely be back!

This unit was beautiful and perfect for our large family of 10. 5 kids, 5 adults fit very well here. Easy access to the beach and easy access to everything. The beach wasn't too crowded for us and felt secluded from the hustle of Destin. The owner was excellent to work with and we really hope to return one day.

Perfect Extended Family Vacation

Our family group, ranging in ages of 3 to 71, thoroughly enjoyed this unit and location. We used the capacity of 12 with everyone getting a comfortable place to sleep. 3 full bathrooms plus 1 powder batch made getting ready easy for the group. The full capacity washer and dryer allowed for light packing and plentiful clean towels. The private beach and excellent chair service made staying a full day at the beach very enjoyable. It was an easy walk to our condo for a meal or naptime. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Thank you, thank you for a memorable extended family vacation.l
