- 1 large kitchen, living room, dining room
- 1 sleeping area with 2 bedrooms composed of a 160 bed and the other with 2 80 beds or 1 160 bed, 1 bathroom with double sink and a walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet

Upstairs:
- 1 large bedroom with 160 cm bed, private balcony, possibility of putting a baby cot on request
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 or 1 bed 160
- 1 attic bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower screen, a sink and a toilet

On the ground floor, you will also find a laundry room, an entrance with storage space and a veranda equipped with sofas and small tables for a play, reading or other area!

For horse owners, the Labenne equestrian centre offers you to welcome your horse in a paddock or box for the duration of your stay, in order to enjoy the many walks in the woods as well as the beach at specific times!
