You will stay in a modern looking barn which has one bedroom apartment attached. This is a separate apartment, not shared with homeowner. The property is shared with homeowner. A Creek on property leads to a lake (Rupert Lake .5 miles) and another one close by (Clear Lake 6 miles) both with a public access. Groomed walking trails on the property (total property is 18 acres). Kal-haven trail nearby as well for walking, running, snowmobiling and biking. Ski resorts and snowmobile trails nearby (Timber Ridge and Bittersweet). Plenty of parking for a trailer. Centrally located to Kalamazoo universities (WMU, K college, KVCC). Racing/ Speedways nearby: Kalamazoo Speedway 3.9 miles, Martin track 14 miles and Gingerman 26 miles. Security cameras on the property. Smart TV and wifi (extender).
