Come stay in this brand new oceanfront home! Panoramic views of Flagler Beach and just steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. New backyard putting green installed 2023 with lighting. The new artificial turf backyard is perfect for young kids to enjoy.

Our rental is geared towards families and professionals. Please review the house rules before booking. We want to ensure the home is a great fit for all guests in the booking.

2 large covered decks you'll be able to relax or entertain while enjoying stunning sunrises and sounds of the ocean. This home boasts over 3,500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 75 feet from the ocean. Open concept kitchen and great room with panoramic views of the beach. Great room showcases a custom shiplap electric fireplace. From the balcony deck you will be able to see the Flagler Pier, Flagler Winery and Golden Lion!

Take a 30 minute drive north up A1A to visit historic St. Augustine where you'll find Castillo de San Marcos and many unique restaurants and shops. Explore the famous Daytona Beach Speedway 30 minutes south or Orlando’s theme parks about 90 minutes away west. This home is situated in the ideal location to walk everywhere in town. You'll find The Golden Lion one block south and Break Awayz one block north. Walk out onto the famous Flagler Beach Pier, charter a boat at Bings Landing, or relax in front of your vacation home on the famous golden coquina beach. Nearby is also Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. Take the kids 12 min north to James F Memorial Park in Palm Coast to visit the 10,000 sq foot splash pad.



We also have pack and plays and strollers available by request. There is an elevator for guests and parking for 5 cars.

**House Rules**
1. This is a completely NON SMOKING home. Do not book this home if anyone in your party is a smoker. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, including the driveway and balcony. The reservation will be cancelled without refund.
2. NO Pets or animals.
3. All music and loud noise must be turned down by 11pm per the city noise ordinance. We have close neighbors please be mindful and treat this as your own home.
4. We have an external rental agreement that needs to be signed within 48 hours of booking. We require a valid photo ID of the guest who is booking the reservation. Please email the information to saltygatorflagler@gmail.com so they can be listed on agreement.
5. $1500 credit card hold is required for the security deposit in the external agreement.
6. No violence, fighting or drugs.
7. No urinating outside.
8. There are outdoor cameras that monitor for security only. They cannot be tampered with.
9. No additional guests other than those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and rental will be subject to cancellation without refund.
10. No parties or events.

House rules are strictly enforced. Breaking any house rule is subject to immediate cancellation without refund of unused nights and loss of security deposit.

The house is beautiful and there are so many thoughtful amenities-elevator for those who need it, retractable gate for the stairs, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, etc. The location is fantastic. It’s right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants and bars. Kristen was very responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We had a larger group and this home accommodated all of us perfectly! Plenty of space for us to spread out or hang out together. Kitchen is fairly well appointed, so we could make meals in, but walking distance to several great restaurants as well. Easy access to the beach, and everything you need for a fun day by the water!

Family Togetherness

Our family really enjoyed the house as it was very welcoming and created a very relaxing atmosphere with it's open floor plan and spacious accommodations. Best Beach House Ever!

This was truly the most beautiful home by the beach we’ve ever stayed in. Very well stocked with everything from beach chairs and towels to strollers and bikes and an elevator for my 91 year old mom! We loved this rental and I can’t say enough nice things about it. Everything was perfect. “Absolutely wonderful five-day getaway at Flagler Beach! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, thanks to our super host. Fabulous Week for Our Beach Bash 2024

We had an incredible stay at The Salty Gator house! It's the perfect location - directly across the street from beach access, walk to restaurants and bars, and fun things to do all around. The house is large and spacious for a big family or group, but is comfy for sunrise watching and gathering for game nights. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of toys for beach fun. Kristen was a wonderful host providing lists of their favorites, details of the area and answering lots of questions for planning. :) Boating on the Matanzas was amazing and wine slushies on the beach were delish! We look forward to coming back!

A Gem on the Beach

We were looking to escape the Midwest winter for a while, and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent here. The house is brand new, in pristine condition, and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Directly across the street from the beach, the views from the balconies are gorgeous, and you are steps to restaurants and shops. We cooked at home most evenings, which was such a treat in this gorgeous and fully stocked kitchen. Dan and Kristen could not have been more welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We liked it so well, we stayed an extra week. We highly recommend this property!

The Host was very professional and personable. She was willing to answer all my questions prior to the trip, sending an email highlighting nearby restaurants and stores that we could possibly need. The house and view were amazing. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We loved eating at the large island, grilling out back, playing putt putt and walks on the beach which was just across the street. Fabulous stay in Flagler!

Our annual family vacation was in Flagler Beach this year and the house did not disappoint. Beautifully appointed and stocked making it easy traveling with small kiddos since we didn’t have to lug strollers and such. Bikes provided great morning rides for adults to grab coffee and bring back doughnuts for the kids’. Beach access was so close it just added to all the good things about our stay. The hosts were by far the best we have worked with yet!! Available and accommodating we can’t say enough! My kids rated this the best house we have stayed at yet - roomy comfortable and felt like home ! and we are about 12 years in on our annual trips! Everyone gave it a 10!

We chose this property for our family vacation because it met our needs for bedrooms, baths and proximity to restaurants and shops. The pictures of the property also looked beautiful and we were not disappointed. The home is gorgeous and we had plenty of room to enjoy each others company in the spacious family room, kitchen and deck. They had some books and puzzles for the babies/toddlers and a baby gate at each stairway which was a lifesaver. Communication with the host was very easy and we got prompt responses to our questions . I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed this property We highly recommend it! Amazing spot and hosts... even if during a Hurricane!

Everything about this house was exactly as we had hoped and more. The location was terrific, and the Salty Gator had everything we needed for 6 adults and 3 toddler boys. Kristen answered every one of my questions in record time and helped me check everything off my packing list. Even before we arrived, it felt like home. And although Hurricane Ian definitely made our vacation a bit different than we had expected, Dan and Kristen were so accommodating and supportive through the week. They checked in often and even had some surprises in store for us to help the little ones stay active and happy. I have told my family that we need a re-do to get the full experience, and we would most certainly stay at the Salty Gator in Flagler again.

Luxury in Flagler Beach!

Our family stayed at this beautiful house the week of Thanksgiving and loved every minute! It is a very spacious new construction house with an amazing layout and gorgeous beach views throughout (including furnished decks on both floors). It is well equipped for cooking and entertaining, has top of the line appliances, stunning design and materials (loved the massive quartz kitchen island!) and the owner was friendly and responsive - great communication! The house is amazing and having rented often in this area, it is not easy to find a house with all of the above! Not to mention, the putting green is very cool and brand new. Lastly, you can walk right into downtown Flagler Beach to enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bar! So fun! We'll be back! Thank you for a great holiday!

This home is gorgeous and owners extremely helpful.

Kristen was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our questions prior to check in and was available during the entire period for all questions, and with such graciousness. I’m sure I was a pest. The house is absolutely beautiful, views amazing. Beds ultra comfortable as is all furniture. I felt at home, and not at all ready to leave when it was time. The kitchen was large enough for 6-7 adults to chip in on the cooking, more than enough items and accessories to cook with. There was nothing we needed that they didn’t have. Dishware, glassware, barware, galore. Towels, beach chairs, we only had to bring our clothes! Enjoyed sitting outside each evening on the balcony. Sunset and sunrise. We will definitely return.

Flagler Beach has always been our favorite place to get away. Our family has had roots in downtown Flagler Beach for over 30 years. This area is one of the few places that still has an old Florida style and small town charm. There are no chain restaurants or hotels. The people are friendly and laid back.
