The Sandbar Stay - North Beach Waterfront Condo
This is a completely remodeled condo with comfort, luxury and convenience in mind. In the spa inspired bathroom, enjoy the custom master shower with multiple sprayer functions and beautiful granite tile work with a bench seat. You can take your time because there is a tankless hot water heater installed! When it's time for laundry, there is a washer/dryer unit in the condo. The kitchen has granite tile countertops, recently installed range/oven and refrigerator. A Culligan water filtration system is also included, along with recently replaced flooring. The ceiling treatments finish off this condo beautifully. All furnishings convey with the unit. Enjoy the two pool areas and walk right out to the beach. Don't forget to make plans to visit the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington.
