Charming 110 m² house ideally located 700 m from the sea and 500 m from shops and restaurants. Everything is within easy reach. It can accommodate 6 people (2 double beds and 2 single beds). There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub or shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, induction hob, pod coffee maker, microwave). In the living room, you will find a sofa, a smart TV, free fibre optic internet access, and a dining table for 6 people. Outside, you will find a large terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining table. On the top floor, with views of the sea and La Manga, there is a solarium with sun loungers and garden furniture for sunbathing or enjoying aperitifs with a sea view. You also have access to the swimming pool. Around Torre de la Horadada offers a multitude of activities (hiking, cycling, jet skiing, boat trips, scuba diving, etc.). Was homely, had everything you needed , area is perfect . We go to this part of Torre a lot and found this home to be easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Lage

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Die Lage ist toll, viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe und der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Einkaufszentrum in Zenia ist atemberaubend schön. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank 3
