The condo was incredibly clean with all necessary amenities. The property manager answered our call immediately as we arrived after dark and could not locate the building. Loved the hot tub and pool. We would stay there again.

Southpointe Ventura

Comfortable place. Loved the vaulted ceiling which gave great lighting. Being close to the pool and hot tub was a plus. There is no lighting above dining room table which made it hard to do anything there in the evening. Location near the airport is great.

Why they chose this property

Southpointe Paradise is a nice Condo located on the grounds of Ventura country club, with many amenities. The unit is on the second floor a total of 8 steps, does not have elevator. Quiet area with security guard gate 24 hours, this is a secure place, great for taking walks, lakes and pools. Play area for children also a club house with a sports bar fully equipped. Near to many stores for your shopping.

What makes this property unique

At the unit you will be able to self-check, touch pad lock, also for added security Ring doorbell is installed on the outside, a fully screened balcony for your early morning coffee Condo equipped with all you might need, making your stay a very comfortable one. Unit is very clean with many updates in furnishing also wireless service with internet for all your streaming need to watch your favorite shows and play your games. On the grounds there is an 18-hole professional golf course. Golf course is currently undergoing an upgrade adding larger lands to golf course.
