Splendid Lake Toxaway home on golf course - golf cart/walk to Marina in minutes!
Enjoy your complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival at this wonderfully peaceful mountain home!
A welcoming great room with fireplace opening up to a deck / recently renovated kitchen awaits you and your family or group.
Guests will enjoy the primary bedroom on main level equipped with: adjoining bathroom, working gas fireplace, and den with sofa bed and desk. There is an additional deluxe guest room on main floor with its own full bath. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds, and the 4th and final bedroom is a 4-bed bunk room with lounging area. These two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.
Spoil yourself with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries in each bathroom!
Use the new Green Egg grill on the deck and outdoor eating area, then retire to your Adirondack at the fire pit. Hit the garage game room, let the kids jump on the trampoline, or take a cruise on the four-person golf cart...and don't forget to bring means to transport our new house wakeboard and / or canoe to the lake!
Access to Lake Toxaway and Toxaway Mountain pavilion / playground / meadow is included.
Ski and pontoon boats and skis / floats available for hourly or daily rental at Lake Toxaway Marina. For Marina rentals, reach out to Tony at (828) 884-6919 or visiting online.
* Please note you may not trailer a boat of any kind onto the waters of Lake Toxaway.
Optional Lake Toxaway Country Club membership is available with our home. The Club is open April – November and is an amazing amenity if you would like to play golf, tennis, pickle-ball, croquet, use the heated pool, new climbing wall, or dine at the recently renovated and gorgeous Lake Toxaway Country Club (subject to application and usage fees paid to the Club).
Walk to the Lake Toxaway Marina or beautiful Greystone Inn in 10 minutes, or be there in five minutes on the golf cart. Our house is minutes from the foot of the drive up to Toxaway Mountain, meadow, platform, and playground, as well as Panthertown trailheads.
An amazingly peaceful respite with local restaurants within driving distance and the convenience to enjoy the Greystone Inn or Club amenities a five minute drive / ten minute walk away.
House notes:
• Two night stay minimum
• Sleeps 8 maximum, pets considered
• See calendar for weekly / monthly discounts

We love the calm and beauty of Lake Toxaway and would love for you to experience it! Normally it takes us a couple of days to slow down and relax when we go on vacation or a family trip, but here it happens almost instantly.
Why they chose this property
We are at the end of a quiet street and our property is positioned such that we have an open view of the length of the fairway, with the mountains in the background. We love to sit in a rocking chair sipping coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the course. All of this just a 10 minute walk to the Marina / Greystone Inn / Lake Toxaway Country Club. Spectacular!
