8 people stayed 3 nights and 4 days. The house was not as it looks on the photos. It is very out dated. Cracks in the doors, microwave face plate was gone and the inside was terribly dirty (they did have a new microwave on the counter). The kitchen drawers were terrible. One was broken so when you pull it, it comes flying out. We loved the fact that the house was on the beach. Someone left their beach chairs and bogie boards which looked very old. The instructions said nothing could be left behind or we would get an extra trash fee. This took up room on the deck. If you are just using the house for somewhere to sleep and do not plan to cook and spend a lot of time in the house then it would be an ok place to stay. It was an average stay.

It is a duplex and we listened to our neighbors dog bark…..a lot. It is a good property and right on the beach. Not a variety of shells and very very windy made it difficult to fish or swim.
