You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc) Take the tram for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice. TransitAccess to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Fabron. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.Train station « Nice Saint Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.You can come in Nice by car and park in one of the public parking around.IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.Smoking isn’t allowed inside.Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.Thanking you in advance for your kind collaboration.
