Gorgeous Lake Home with Hot Tub - by MOA and MSP

Summary:
Your 5,000 sq.ft. executive home on 2 acres awaits. Relax in the 7-person hot tub. Take in lake views from the deck. Warm up by your choice of 3 fireplaces or build your fire outdoors at the lakeside firepit patio. Explore the lake in the canoe and kayaks provided. There is a 30 person maximum and tons of space for all your guests to enjoy.

The Space:
I have everything you need here: clean linens, towels, washcloths, and some basic kitchen items like olive oil, salt, pepper, flour and sugar. I supply a Ninja drip coffee maker (with filter), a French press, a Keurig coffee maker (with reusable pods) and Folgers coffee is supplied.

There is direct access to the lake via 10 stairs that lead from the backyard to the lakeshore. There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a canoe, paddles, and life jackets available for your use. The lake and surrounding area is teeming with wildlife including tree frogs, turtles, fish, a variety of bird species (eagles, blue jays, cardinals, woodpeckers). You may even see one of the resident bald eagles!

Guest Access:
You will turn off 70th street to come down a wooded, winding driveway. There are 2 double garages available for you to park up to 4 cars, with additional parking available in the driveway for up to 20 more cars if you get creative.
There is a keypad code for the garages that is provided upon booking. The whole house and surrounding wooded areas are yours to explore and enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
Your reservation includes however many guests you list upon booking. I allow up to 20 guests on the property at any time. All guests must be listed as there is a charge of $30/guest/day (after the first 4 guests) - this fee is already included in your quoted price assuming you select the accurate number of people when booking.

Please note that there are cameras that are only focused on the entrances to the house and NOT inside the house in any way.

When making your reservation request, please make sure to include the number of guests who may just be stopping by even if they are not staying overnight as they need to be included for fee calculations (infants from 0-1 year of age are not included in that number). If more guests are present than disclosed, your reservation may be cancelled without refund or notice. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the names of all who will be present during your stay.

There is a House Rules Deposit of $1,500 to ensure that Quiet Hours begin at 10pm in accordance with the Inver Grove Hts Noise Ordinance- if your group becomes so loud or disruptive that the neighbors feel that they need to contact me or the police about it, there will be a damage claim deducted from your security deposit and depending on the situation, your group may be asked to leave without refund at whatever time this occurs. A noise-monitoring system is present at the house.

To pay the House Rules Deposit, I make a Money Request through the website. The deposit is then refunded through the website within 2 days after your stay if Quiet Hours are respected.

Dogs are allowed at a rate of $150/dog/stay. We have a 2 dog limit and these rules must be followed:

1. No dogs on furniture. If your dog is used to that at home, please bring blankets or covers from home to cover furniture.
2. Kennel your dog when away from the house.
3. Give frequent potty breaks to avoid accidents in the home. If there is an accident inside, please do your best to clean it up and let me know.
4. Must pick up after your dog in the yard
5. Please don’t leave your dog unattended on the deck so that it barks.

You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by your dog. Thank you for understanding.

Cats are not allowed due to their scratching and marking nature. Thanks for your understanding.

I am not present at the home but if you ever need my assistance, message me through the app and I will come with anything your group needs for a more comfortable stay.
