Bright and airy rental located in Eastward Look! Two living rooms and five bedrooms allow for you to bring your gang! The upper floor includes three bedrooms, one of which includes a bathroom. Additionally, there is a second bathroom off the main hallway on the upper floor. A living room, dining room and kitchen complete the this level. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom/laundry area and a second living room. A large ductless split air conditioning unit is situated in the living room areas on each floor. Tenants can also access the garage to store bikes, etc. This property is a good value for a large group.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Great location and comfortable house!

We had a great week in RI with this house as our home base! Very easy bikeride or walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The house was comfortable and clean, kitchen well stocked, nice porch/grill, outside shower, and a great layout for the 3 couples upstairs and a pack of kids downstairs with their own space! The neighborhood was great too, quiet despite lots of rentals and great quiet set of roads for the kids to bike/scooter on in the evenings. A great visit! 😎

Misleading details

The ad didn't specify type of beds, but the pictures looked like one bedroom had twin beds. We questioned the agency and they assured us all bedrooms had double beds. Then 2 days later we were told that was an error - one room did have twin beds! Reps should know what's in the house they're renting! Air conditioning? was just a ductless unit in each living room - bedrooms were extremely HOT!!! Fans did not suffice! Parking spots for each bedroom, but there was only room for 4 cars! The size of the deck and furniture is too small for 10 people and there should be stairs for exiting from the deck - clear code violation & fire hazard. With the expense of the rental we shouldn't be expected to strip all the beds-that's for the cleaning crew.
