Property was in a great location with tremendous views if a little way from the centre of Nice . Unfortunately we had no water for the first night of our stay which was a little inconvenient but contact with Albin was excellent & the matter was resolved the following day . Although the property advertises two bathrooms it only actually has one toilet . The bedding for all the beds including the sofa was disappointing . All seemed a little mismatched & old fashioned , not as advertised in the photos . The sofa is also stained in places . There are supermarkets & shops in the road behind the apartment which were great . Also a tram stop which was very convenient for the centre & the airport . Just a few extra touches needed to make this apartment , if the bedding had been of higher quality & the sofa given a clean thus apartment would be outstanding considering its position . Saying that we did thoroughly enjoy our stay & Albin was a very communicative host !
