Nice fenced in yard

Cute rental property that is really close to I-95 and the airport. Great for traveling with dogs as there is a nice fully fenced in backyard.

Fontana’s stay

Our experience in booking the property was very easy. The house was a perfect home away from home, and the host, Alex, was so nice and accommodating. The house was found to be very clean and very comfortable.

One of the few homes that allowed multiple pets of any size. It was just as the listing said. I would recommend if you would like to bring your larger dogs

Best Option to Enjoy West Palm Region

Adorable traditional Florida 2 bedroom vintage home, in a very walkable family neighborhood, dog-friendly bare floors, tastefully modestly decorated. Easy on off I 95 makes touring nearby areas super convenient. Nearby supermarket and fully functional eat in kitchen helped save money and digestive health! Property manager very tranparent if needed. We had no issues, and we loved the opportunity to use this wonderful home a small fenced yard. Perfect!

Photos are deceiving

Very disappointed with the property overall. Needed to be cleaned and the ac filter was extremely dirty, so dirty that the dust was all over the doors inside and out. There were only 2 shower towels available and there were 4 of us (which needed to be replaced). I did notify the property owner who was very responsive but unfortunately the issues weren’t all resolved. I don’t think that you should have to rent a property and then struggle with the condition of the property it should be cleaned appropriately. I also took photos but I do not see a place to up load them to the site. The one extra blanket in the closet had a huge hole in it. And if you brought wine to drink bring your own glasses there was only 1 available. Sorry but I would not go back.

Please see my reviews on this property, I have all 5 Stars, only one 4 Star, she gave me 2 Stars review. She wanted more towels, and she complained on my A/C Filter, Within less than 30 Minutes I brought her brand new towels, and new A/C Filter but she was not home I left them out side her door, and told her that they are available. I provide all the basic supplies that guest may need on his/ or her arrival. A/C FILTER: I maintain all my equipments according to manufacturer's recommendation, A/C Filter is changed once a month it has no effect on the quality of air, she told me her son is sick and has allergy problem was her son and not my A/C Filter. Blanket: I provided extra blankets in case they were needed, I was not aware that there was a whole in that particular blanket but it was new and perfectly useable.

Perfect location

This was a great stay for our pong weekend. Centrally located for everything we had planned. The neutral colors made the house seem even bigger. Oh! And the neighborhood was quiet.
