Ideal for families loving the calm and poetry of the Atlantic Ocean. House of 120 m² on land of 1200 m² with large terrace and garden. House restored in 2025. Large living room, up to 10 beds with 4 bedrooms, two showers, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Our house is rustic but you will find a very pleasant setting and a perfect harmony to recharge your batteries. The villa is not overlooked (pine forest on the other side of the street) and located near the pine forest in the north-eastern part of Biscarrosse-plage in a very quiet area. The North beach and the shops and restaurants of the center are 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes.

The house consists of:
- 3 master bedrooms with double bed 140 with quality bedding, including 1 bedroom with shower and baby bed (there is a changing table in the bathroom and a baby seat in the kitchen), 1 bedroom with washbasin area and small east-facing terrace, overlooking the garden, behind the house, peaceful and very pleasant in the early morning and 1 bedroom with cupboard.
- a children's bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a shower.
- a very large living room of about fifty m² with a large fireplace, a lounge area with 2 3-seater sofas, a Hi-Fi system and a small TV, a large table for ten people, a round table and two storage units.
- an L-shaped terrace of 35 m² (sunny or shaded depending on the time of day) with a majestic barbecue and the garden furniture that goes with it (tables, chairs, armchairs, parasol and deckchairs)!! ...
- a kitchen equipped with an electric water heater, a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machines, microwave, electric stove (oven + 4 ceramic hobs) and utensils, kitchens and crockery, for a minimum of 10 people.
- a bathroom with bathtub, sink and electric towel rail
- a toilet
- a pantry at the back of the house with a washing machine
- a large garden at the back where you can park your cars and hang out your towels and towels.

We have left at your disposal two bicycles to do shopping or go to the beach, beach games (molki and rackets) some toys, books, records and board games as well as petanque balls to entertain you.
