Wow! This spectacular west facing pool home has amazing sunshine and sunsets! All day pool day says it all! Start your day with breakfast by the heated pool, spend the day in the pool with a barbequed lunch served poolside, hang out in the lanai and play some games in the pool, and end your day watching the sunset in the pool, or next to the cozy fire pit! This sought after Florida floorplan is very functional with two bedrooms and bath on one side, primary ensuite on the other! All furnishings are new from beds to kitchen!

Great place, great location, lovely pool. Host bent over backwards when we had historic cold by getting us some space heaters. Had a wonderful escape from bitter cold in WI.

Very nice clean property

We stayed here a week over Christmas and things couldn’t have been better. The property exceeded our expectations. Communication was great from the booking on. Location is close to everything in SW Florida. We hope to stay again soon.

I have never had a better place to stay for the week. Joe and Gina were great hosts and stayed in contact before and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect! The location is nice, house was gorgeous and the pool was great! We will be back again!

Cape Coral Stay

Spent 7 weeks at this lovely home. Really enjoyed our stay. House was great with a great layout (guest rooms on opposite side from primary bedroom). Very quite location despite being on a main road in Cape Coral. Close to everything! The heated pool was wonderful! Joe and Gina was very easy to work with and the management company was very responsive. Overall, highly recommended. Steve & Winnie

A perfect gem with access to everything you need

We found this home as my daughters require a pool when we head to Florida and we lucked out with this home. Joe was incredible to work with as we had some crazy travel issues with cancelled flights and he was super friendly, understanding, and helpful through everything. House is very nice, clean, and wonderful to stay in. We hope to come back to this house next year for our next trip. Everything you need for groceries, gas, etc. is all nearby. We love beaches that are not super crowded and all the places we loved were all 45-60 minutes away depending on traffic(we prefer Lover's Key State Park so that is why drive is longer). Everything was wonderful once we got to Florida and Joe made sure we were in good shape through it all. Great house, great owner, and great place to get away.

Fantastic!

We had the best time here! The property was very comfortable and perfectly sized for our needs. While at the house we spent most of our time outdoors either in the pool or relaxing on the lanai. Location is perfect for all things Cape Coral. We also spent time at Lover’s Key State Park, fishing in Matlacha, and finding dolphins and a manatee with Banana Bay tours in Cape Coral. Restaurants are also close by! We would love to stay again next time we’re in the area.

Cape Coral has it all! Too many restaurants to name-you'll easily find something you like. We like the proximity to the Cape Coral Beach ( on the Caloosahatchee River) and nightlife. There's a ton of beautiful SW Florida beaches nearby and quaint towns with shopping.
