Beautiful duplex in Murrells Inlet, at a quiet neighborhood ,in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants stores and all main attractions.

*This is bottom unit (#A) only

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space.

* Bottom floor of a duplex, shared backyard.

* 1 king, 1 full bed, 1 queen bed.

*Shared Laundry room available.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire bottom floor and shared backyard.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available.

Murrells Inlet maintains its Southern charm and natural beauty at the scenic Brookgreen Gardens, the oldest and largest botanical sculpture garden on the East Coast, and Huntington Beach State Park.

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Snug and restful beach apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were pleased with the clean and cozy decor, the pretty view of the inlet from our backyard, and the relative closeness to the beach - just a two-block walk. There was plenty of room for our party of 3 adults and a dog. Within an easy drive of restaurants, attractions, and stores. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful view on quiet street

Our family rented both units of this duplex on our recent trip to Garden City. Check in process was super easy and host was very responsive. Plenty of easy parking and the house was clean. Fenced backyard was really nice and included a deck over the marsh that was so nice to sit on and watch the sunset.

Wonderful vacation/medical conference

The property was excellent for our family of 7. We booked a conference and brought the adult kids. The home was spacious enough for us all. The home is walking distance to the ocean and a very short drive to the pier. It is very well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The host was very nice and helpful!!

Perfection

Opening the door of our spring break rental, I held my breath. My teens and I were absolutely delighted entering our home away from home. Wow! It was pristine. The layout was perfect. Open and airy with the bedrooms off to the side. The shared yard was adequately fenced in, had seating, and was the perfect spot to view amazing sunsets. A short 3 walk to the beach too. We will be staying again. By far my best VRBO experience to date. And the owners were incredibly responsive and provided clear check in and check out instructions.

Bro golf outing

Very impressed with condo overall. It was clean and comfortable. Only comments are: Fridge made a lot noise (compressor?) every 20 minutes and kitchen sink didn't drain well. We ran the disposal to clear it, but that wasn't the answer.

Charming and Quiet Little Cottage

We spent a week here with 4 people. My father in law, husband and our 2 (going on 3) year old. It was a very beautiful quiet location on the inlet. I woke up and drank coffee on the back porch with the sound of birds and wildlife in the inlet. Beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were quiet so we always found a place to gather without keeping anyone else up. The unit has all the basics, including a Keurig coffee maker. We cooked a lot and didn’t have any issues with what was on hand. The location is a short 2 blocks from the beach but you pretty much have to drive to get to any of the piers or boardwalks. This was ok with us, we were happy to be away from the tourist spots. Not a lot gotchas other than their base level of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels was low. We had to buy more, but that’s not a big deal. We would definitely stay again!
