This beautiful and like-new semi-detached home is located less than a 10-minute walk from the town centre in a new development in Carolinensiel. The holiday home’s two sunny terraces (facing south and east) and garden are perfect for relaxing and enjoying cosy evenings with the whole family. In addition, a parking space right next to the house and a storage room for your bicycles are available.
You are welcome to add bed linens and towels as optional extras for an additional fee.
When booking optional extras, availability is subject to change.
The North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel charges a visitor’s fee.
No. 139 – Holiday Home “In’t Seeburger Winkel”:
This semi-detached house offers the highest level of comfort across approximately 80 m² and provides ample space for the whole family. In addition to a spacious and fully equipped ground-floor area for cooking, dining, and living, as well as a guest bathroom, the upper floor features three bedrooms (one double bed, one 1.40-meter bed, and two single beds) and a spacious shower room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The holiday home also has a ventilation system. All windows are equipped with roller shutters, and some have fly screens. Tile or laminate flooring is installed throughout the property. High-quality finishes and a family-friendly layout create a welcoming atmosphere.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte in toller Lage
Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern untergebracht. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist geräumig. Die Schlafzimmer leider etwas klein.
Die Lage ist toll. Direkt nebenan ist ein gut ausgestatteter Edeka. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3 Kilometer, die man gut mit dem Rad erreichen kann.
