This house is just fantastic!! It is so accommodating and clean and beautiful…

Great backyard
Everything was just great
Will definitely come back to this property…
The cabin was amazing. Clean and quiet. The host was extremely friendly and outgoing. I have been telling everyone about the great experience we had. There are a lot of things to do in the area also.
This was the perfect location for our family trip. It was close to our family that lived there and Vallecito lake. The house was the ideal size for our large group, came with all typical household amenities and some cool extras like games and snacks. The kids enjoyed the yard and creek in the backyard. The owners were responsive and checked in during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Our family of eight had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful creekside property! The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The open-concept living/dining area was perfect for our family to spend time together, while still giving everyone space to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals, including a coffee maker that kept us caffeinated throughout the day! Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver with all the creek and lake activities. The location offered the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and family fun. Highly recommend this property for families looking for a memorable vacation. Thank you, AC & Maureen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Thank you for the Amazing review!!!
It was great hosting yall :)
This was an amazing house. Very rustic on the outside, but very modern on the inside. The owner was just simply amazing and treated us like we were family. She made contact prior to our arrival to give us the in and outs and answer any questions. She also reached out during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
This house was incredible! It fit 7 of us comfortably. The creek was beautiful and our favorite thing was sitting outside drinking coffee. Communication with the owner was great. She was happy to answer any questions we had. We would definitely book here again. We didn't want to leave.
Our three littles loved all of the bed options, the snacks provided & games available to play! They really loved playing in the backyard near the creek & watching squirrels & deer visit each morning. It is an ideal, quiet location - we were able to walk to the river for fishing and just a short drive to the lake for a pontoon rental. Very clean & well equipped to utilize as a home base for all the fun exploring! Maureen was a great host who was super communicative from the time of booking to check out.
The property was exactly as shown. It had all the amenities needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the creek behind the house panning for fools gold. Maureen was absolutely professional and called several times to be sure all was good. We had a family reunion so we were very busy but wish we had more time to just chill at the house, it was so peaceful. We did some hiking at San Juan national park, whitewater rafting on the Animas, took the train to Silverton and went to Foxfire winery for an outside concert. We flew in to Montrose so glad we did, the scenery and Hot Springs were amazing.
We would 100 percent recommend and hope to stay there again.

We loved our stay at this cozy, clean home, with the smell of fresh pine trees. The owners were amazing and cared that we had the best experience! They thought of every detail to welcome guests and make sure you felt at home. We played games they had there, cooked together with a kitchen that has everything you need! Coffee in the morn on back patio with our duck friend swimming by and elk, wine in the evening with the soft glow of patio lights!
Towels & sheets were soft and we used backpacks they had hanging for our hikes! Home in friendly neighborhood where you can chill and enjoy the gorgeous Mountain View’s! Short drive to Durango for fun shopping experience and great lunch. Or in Bayfield we had great experience stopping at the General store and meat counter. They had great cut steaks and just about everything you need for a quick trip! In town the grocery store had everything we need and super nice people. We also drove to Mesa Verde to the cliff dwellings and rented a pontoon on Lake Vallecito and had a blast!
This home is in a great spot, where you can immerse yourself in tall pine trees, mountain views and put your feet in the water with total relaxation. Again, I can’t thank the owners, Maureen was amazing and checked in with us to be sure we had all we need! Beautiful home and great people! Thanks for helping us make great memories and we will be back!! We loved it!
