This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home generously sleeps 8. Located in a gated community on Front Beach Rd, it is a short 2-3 minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach.
Imagine ocean views from your kitchen window, plus the 3rd and 4th floor balconies! Plus, a private community pool!

Sleeping arrangements:
1st floor- Guest Suite with King Bed, ensuite bath, private patio
2nd floor - Master Suite with King Bed, ensuite bath, private balcony
2nd floor - Guest Suite with Queen Bed, ensuite bath, private balcony
3rd floor - Kitchen, Living and Dining spaces, plus a half bath. Ocean views! Outdoor dining space on living room balcony and a grill on kitchen balcony
4th floor - Loft bedroom with twin over twin bunkbeds. Ocean views from balcony!

This home is new to the rental market and has nice furniture, brand new mattresses, upgraded kitchen and baths, and is impeccably clean. There is also a private elevator!

When driving into the Casa Del Mar neighborhood, you will feel as though you are driving into a secluded resort on Front Beach Rd. Palm-lined driveway and well-manicured lawns. It truly is a beautiful small community.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler and wagon are all provided in the garage. Plus, an extra refrigerator in garage! Parking for up to 3 vehicles - one in garage and 2 in driveway. Please note: the garage space will fit a midsize SUV or smaller.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time. The house was wonderful and having access to all of the beach equipment made life easier. Didn't have to bring all that with us. Definitely will stay there again.

Fantastic house

The house was fantastic. It had everything we needed for our stay from beach towels to beach wagons, beach toys and anything else we could think of. The elevator was a life saver when arriving and bringing in groceries. Very short walk to the beach and a great quiet neighborhood.

The Perfect Beach get away

Great accommodations. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room at beach, able to choose wide open spaces. Great food choices close by, two grocery stores only a mile away. Pool to ourselves more times than not.

Fantastic beach house

This was one of the best stocked VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. Lots of extras, from great cookware to spices and coozies! The garage also contained everything we needed for a day at the beach, including umbrellas and a huge wagon. Home has lots of stairs, but the elevator made it easy to get around. Clean rooms and excellent host communication. My crew of four adults and four kids loved staying here!

Highly Recommend Slap Happy

Slap Happy was Incredible. The home is well equipped to host a large group. TVs in every room, outdoor patios on each level. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. It was so easy to get to Beach, very close to beach access. We will be back this Fall.

Wonderful stay at Slap Happy!

We had a great week at the beach thanks to Slap Happy! This house is so conveniently located with great beach access and a smallish clean community pool! The kitchen was very well appointed and we loved having the smart TV's in every room for the occasional stormy afternoon indoors. Elevator works very well for elderly family members as the house is quite tall and lots of stairs, perhaps not super ideal for toddlers but totally manageable. Would love to come back with a few friends and leave the kids at home and we'd each have our own bedroom and en suite bathrooms! If you are bringing older kids there's a great bunkbeds room upstairs! Overall a great stay, thank you Slap Happy PCB!!!

Great location!

This property was equipped with everything you could ever need and is very spacious. Very comfortable beds! Easy walk to the beach. It's located in such a convenient area to be able to head to 30A or to Pier Park. We really enjoyed our stay!

We live in Nashville and have been dreaming about owning a beach house. We are so excited to share this beautiful property with our guests!

Why they chose this property

We immediately fell in love with the neighborhood. It is beautiful, quiet and feels secluded even though it is so close to everything you might want to do in Panama City Beach and on 30a.
We love that the community is gated and has a private pool for only 16 units to share. Super short walk to the beach. This is a low-traffic area on the West End of PCB.

Gulf Views. Hear the palm trees sway in the breeze. Balconies in every single room!
