Living area 60 sqm, large property 2 ha with pool 10 x 4 m, outdoor shower, boules court, large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, private parking, wireless.

The domain is located above the Provencal village Gattières in a former wine-growing area at the end of a private road. The area is surrounded by a large nature reserve with many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking.

Shopping possibilities are diverse in the immediate vicinity.

The places Nice, Vence, Cannes and the famous St. Paul de Vence are just a few minutes away by car.

The Cote d Azur not only impresses with its scenic beauty. Here you have a cultural offer throughout the year. With its 30 national museums, the Cote d Azur has an incredible amount of added value from internationally acclaimed artists. The many botanical gardens in this area between Nice and Cannes are fantastic experiences that are not easily forgotten.

One could mention much more here, the harbors, the golf courses, the small original villages in the hinterland, the French cuisine, the extensive hiking and biking trails u. much more.
