Come and relax in the cute beach house located in South Venice. This home features and 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout with living room, eat-in kitchen and screened-in porch. The second bedroom also features and desk to work from home if you chose to! The home has a large yard with lots of natural trees! Located 10 minutes from the beach and five minutes from Shamrock Park. Enjoy the surrounding nature as this home is located in a bird sanctuary. Many state parks are located minutes from the home. Spend time at Myakka State Park or explore Oscar Scherer State Park! Enjoy a night out in Downtown Venice where many great restaurants and stores are located. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets every day or explore the beach for the famous shark teeth!

Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a trundle bed that has 2 twin beds. Sofa in living room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two.

House receives water from private well. House has septic system. Yard is not fenced.

The property’s backyard also functions as a small plant nursery. The owner accesses outside plant nursery weekly during stays. Enjoy our tropical oasis!

RV plug 30 Amp available. Please contact prior if wanting to park RV or Boat on property.

Wonderful stay!

The house was decorated cute and was clean. Hammocks in the backyard made it nice to lay on and relax with all the tropical plants !! The owners were easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Location was perfect! Close to everything. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We would stay here again.

Clean and well equipped

It had everything we needed. From tissues and soap to beach chairs ! Very walkable neighborhood. Also walkable to Shamrock park. Easy quick drive to the beachThe only semi negative is that the owner comes every day to water outdoor plants. And it coincided at least half the time when we were out on the lanai in the later afternoon

We have put a lot of love into this home. We have customized it and made it our own. We host our friends and family in the summer to enjoy the beach and the nearby parks! The home is very close to legacy trail and we love riding our bikes up and down this great trail!

What makes this property unique

We love roasting marshmallows in the firepit and relaxing in the screen-in porch in the backyard!
