3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath With King & Twin, 2 Bunk Beds & 2 Twins, Queen downstairs!

If you want to create & share special memories with those closest to you, this is the place! Pelican point is private, set on a pristine & secluded beach between the sea & the river. Our home is a two story condo by the beach, on the most private area of Pajaro Dunes. Our condo faces the Monterey Bay, perfect to watch the sunrise daily. This condo has a easy & close access point to the beach!

This isn't your rough beach bungalow - we've designed it to be truly a comfortable and home-y getaway. If you need to keep in touch, no worries! This condo offers free private wifi service, and a fireplace to spend warm nights by the fire. Once you're here, though, you will want to ditch the electronics and jump into the ocean!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more! Enjoy the breakfast bar with chairs, or sit on the dining table next to the window perfect for watching the sea birds. You're footsteps away from a gorgeous beach walk - many of our guests have sited whales, dolphins & pelicans!

Enjoy a movie on our living room TV or DVD player. Borrow free movies at our lobby store when you check in! You'll also have the convenience of an in home washer & dryer for your sandy towels!

If you're looking for a serene oasis where you can watch the sunset over the Monterey Bay; and be in a beautiful home, this is for you. Don't forget that just down the road, you can visit terrific fresh seafood restaurants at Moss Landing; kayak out & find sea otters enjoying the Elkhorn Slough; dine & shop in nearby Monterey - or if you have a wanderlust, visit Big Sur! Everything is close by, and yet you will feel that you're a world away. Enjoy Pickle Ball? There are many great courts here! Basketball, tennis courts, wonderful walking trails, and of course, the most stunning & quiet beach on the Monterrey bay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.

Great place to stay

Convenient location for beach access and beautiful condo with tons of room. Very relaxing vacation spot. Bring your own ground coffee though, lol!

The property was great, and the access to the beach really great. Very few stairs to actually reach the beach. We felt the condo could have been cleaner.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the stocking of the kitchen supplies was awesome. there weren’t very many towels so we purchased two and left them for your use. We will definitely come back!

Great location

We had such a great time here! Only a few steps to the beach and a lovely deck to keep the sand beach toys. The house was roomy for the 4 of us and everything worked great in the kitchen. The people at the gate when we checked in were not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I was there. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

It was a great location right near the beautiful beach! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There were a couple things that need repair like the shudders a couple we broken from middle piece so would not open all the way, and knob on the pull open closet for dryer. Otherwise it was a great time and I would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely beach and clean place, but not what I was hoping for

This property was fine, but wasn’t quite what I was wanting for our stay. Pros: clean; well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, Cookware, etc; lots of towels; ease of getting to the beach (just out the side door and a few dozen steps) Cons: not really a ‘partial view’, unless you’re on the little side porch, dated furnishings (which didn’t bother me); quite pricey for what it is. I would have given 4 stars, had it not been over $600 a night with fees. Next time i would definitely pay $50-100 more a night for oceanfront.

great location, clean

Great spot, clean, great kitchen, close to beach and quiet. I have only one complaint. The master bedroom king bed is terrible. It's so old and worn out that you sink down into a hole on both sides. It's beyond uncomfortable, it's painful, and desperately needs to be replaced especially for the price of the rental. I know that most rentals become the graveyard for cast-off furniture, but there's no excuse for having a bed like this. Other than that it was pretty great and I highly recommend!

Great location but just ok place

We really enjoyed the easy beach access (with some stairs) but the place was just ok. It felt dirty and stuffy when we entered and the furniture was old. The check in process was also a big pain. You had to drive to 2 different offices and it took over 30 minutes to complete. Overall the place was fine and we had a nice stay but wasn't sure if it was worth the price.

We are sorry to hear that you found the check in process a big pain but as a resort in a gated community we do need to follow HOA policy which includes having them register your car for parking passes. We are working with our team to have the check in process become a better experience and hope our efforts provide that in the future. Being located on the beach gives many benefits however, a downside is that our homes tend to get extra moist due to the salt air which creates the stuffiness. Our team tries our best to air out the homes before you check in. This home has had many nice updates although some of the furnishings are older.
