This 2-story home has a downstairs kitchenette for easy meal prep with access to the beach deck and mini golf. With floor to ceiling windows, an open concept living area, and enough porch spaces to relax while enjoying your favorite drink and sounds of the ocean. Just minutes from downtown historic St Augustine & Vilano Beach, and a short drive to Jacksonville.

Feel at home with the comfort of central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, house linens, TV, Wi-Fi and Putting green w/ Putters + Golf Balls provided.

The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has two queen size beds and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, top bed is a twin-size bed, lower bed is a full-size bed), 1 full bath, kitchenette, deck with beach access and washer & dryer. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bath, featuring a bathtub, and a futon), one additional full bathroom, full kitchen, living & dining area and 4 decks.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort with access to the entire house!
