Welcome to Our Haven beach house, located just steps from the beach and on the south side of 30A! This home features a private pool and Stunning Beach views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. This is an open floor plan with spacious 3 bedrooms, plus Double Bunk Room (bottom bunk is a full-size mattress, top is twin), 3.5 baths,3056 square foot, The Patio features a fire pit, grill and small pool. (sleeps10) Don't forget the beautiful Private beach access.

Hey you will need to turn the icemaker on in the kitchen when you get there .we have towels for the beach to use in the bottom closet closest to the outdoor door we also have some beach chairs
I’ll send wifi ! Oh and I never use the elevator unless it’s to put luggage up bc it has gotten stuck before . You can call it up without riding on it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only use Elevator if absolutely necessary . Don’t let children use elevator .
Please only use the left side of all doors to go in and out of home .
When checking out please remove all refrigerator items and trash and take to trash can at the street .

5 star stay. Property was beautiful and furniture/beds were luxurious and comfortable. The common kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for the family gathering for meals and games. The balconies were nice for morning coffee, and listening to the surf. Being close to the beach can’t be beat. The outdoor areas are nice and relaxing and the pool came in handy. The location is perfect for enjoying the best things on 30A. Communication with the host was A.

Great house and location! Used Dothan entrance for beach access, very private, short walk. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Ice machine was a huge help for the extended beach days. The beach chairs and towels were plentiful and washer/dryer on 1st and 3rd floor made our stay quite simple. Highly recommend. Pool is small but quite shaded in afternoon which is nice. Master suite on top floor was fantastic!

Beach Bliss

Our family had a wonderful stay - so many wonderful memories we will keep forever. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, good amenities (beach chairs were a plus), short walk to a dreamy private beach entrance, fires at night, and the pool was enough for a dip. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

Had a wonderful family vacation. The house was very nice and well stocked with all your needs plus more. Very short walking distance to the beach which was a plus since we had a 1.5 year old. Paige was very quick to responding to all messages, thank you!!

A Beautiful Getaway

This house was such a perfect fit for our family beach vacation. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for us and the beach area we had access to was not too crowded! My family enjoyed having the private pool at the house for some afternoon swims. Paige was great in communicating with me when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay on 30A was very pleasant! Paige’s home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Most essentials were well stocked, and the location was fantastic—a short walk to the beach with plenty of chairs available for use.The main shower was a little tricky to figure out at first—some quick instructions on adjusting the temperature and water flow would have been helpful. Paige was very responsive and answered our questions quickly, which we appreciated.Although a beach shade was mentioned by Paige, we weren’t able to locate it during our stay. Additionally, I would have loved a few personal recommendations for restaurants, shops, and local activities. A printed welcome booklet with helpful info—like house instructions, local spots to eat, and nearby things to do—would make a great addition for future guests.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely give it a 5-star rating. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were just what we were looking for. Great layout. Host was super friendly and helpful. Pros:-Great views-Easy walkway to beach access (however, a little more difficult with construction at nearby houses)-House layout is great with lots of space-House was well stocked with essentials-Furniture was clean and well maintained-Right off 30a with easy access to Seaside-Pool was well maintained-Lots of room for parking-Nice patio area-They have a ton of beach stuff, we didn’t need it but would be nice for a family who doesn’t bring their ownCons:-Construction materials blocking beach walkway (not the host’s fault, but notable if traveling with small kids) -There were a lot of leftover toiletries in the showers and stuff - like used bar soap. We ignored it, but cleaning crew should probably dispose of leftover toiletries. -elevator is only for luggage-electronic locks would be nice so you don’t have to keep up with a key

Amazing stay!!!

This home is spectacular; every aspect is five star!! From day one, the host was instantly responsive. I had frequent questions before our trip, and she never hesitated in replying. We were so pleased when we arrived. The pictures accurately represented the property. The location was perfect for a large family with teenagers who wanted to go the beach and the square. Regarding the home, it was very well appointed. It was a relief to have enough beach towels and chairs, allowing us to not worry over bringing them with us. The bedroom situation met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed having an entire master floor, with a washer/dryer both upstairs AND downstairs. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Exceptional property and location!

My family and I have been vacationing on 30a for 20+ years and have been the guests in many beautiful homes. This property exceeded our expectations. Not only is the interior absolutely stunning, but it's also spacious and very comfortable. The elevator makes unloading groceries and luggage a breeze and the outdoor grill and pool provided a beautiful and refreshing oasis after a day at the beach. The house has a picturesque walkway to the private beach access that is just steps away. This home is special in so many ways, which wasn't a surprise after meeting and visiting with Paige, the property host. She is lovely and committed to making your stay wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Family Friendly Destination

Our family had a wonderful time staying at The Haven! It was a great size for our family - we had two couples, three singles, and 2 children. We easily popped a pack & play into the master sitting room for the baby. There is a master suite on the 3rd floor, but also an en-suite on the first floor. If you want a master suite but not a stair climb, there are options!We did purchase a baby gate (which we left on property) to block the baby's access to the stairs, and rearranged a few dishes in the kitchen as there was an open compartment. Just to prevent the little one from breaking dishes. We just swapped the pantry for plates/dishes and had all our snacks under the counter instead. Sharing in case anyone else with an active little one needs ideas or reassurance!We enjoyed the pool every day. The boys grilled out one night on the grill. We did not ever use the fire pit - it was a hot week in Florida! The private beach access was so nice. You can hardly get closer to the beach! It is nearby to a public access with parking, so we did find it best to run down and establish our camp before 8 am each day to ensure we had a water-front spot. Proximity to Seaside/Watercolor are nice. We walked down the beach to Seaside once and via the road once. I recommend taking the beach.Paige was a wonderful hostess - very attentive to our needs, checking in if she didn't hear from me to make sure everything was going well. Couldn't ask for anyone better!
