Step outside to your private balcony to enjoy the beautiful Florida climate and a view of the Spa pool. It's the perfect spot to relax, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a good book. For additional sleeping space, a sofa sleeper accommodates 3rd and 4th overnight guests.

The condo is equipped with a 48" TV in the living area with premium cable, plus a 32" TV with premium cable in the bedroom. Basic apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube are available via guest’s log-in credentials.

For those who love the water, enjoy a refreshing swim in the Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard just outside your building. The condo also features a washer and dryer for added convenience.

If you're traveling with little ones, baby items (crib, stroller, baby bath, changing table, porta crib) and beach chairs are available upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.

For your peace of mind, we have a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor condo is accessible via two elevators and features a safety bar in the tub-shower for added convenience and security.

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.
