Why they chose this property

it's in a quiet neighborhood but very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. You can view local wildlife while sitting under the covered lanai. Listen to mockingbirds and Cardinals sing.
Pool is covered, heated in the winter months Nov-Mar and has a privacy screen. Both lots to the sides are vacant, you do feel like you're in Paradise. We fell in love with this lot and home immediately.
